Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.

I had dropped my old phone and needed to file a claim for a replacement. Received my replacement the next day, worked really well, got everything transferred, did my factory reset, or so I thought, and mailed my old damaged phone back. Received the email this past Saturday morning that they received my phone and hoped my new one was working well. The following morning (yesterday) Received multiple texts for attempted fraudulent purchases with my bank card! My bank card was NEVER used in a store and was only connected to three very secure sites for bills. Spoke to the Fraud department of my bank that morning, confirmed that, no I did not attempt those purchases, and had the card frozen. Today, 12 more fraudulent purchases were attempted with this card! Contacted the three people I had the card connected with and no breaches were found. My bank agreed that Asurion may have had something to do with this. Called Asurion tonight and the first worker transferred me to the escalation team. The lady I spoke to on the Escalation team was very rude to me, first saying they never received my old phone, asked her why then did Asurion send me the email that they did, she then changed her explanation to say that they did receive it then the phone was scrapped. Asurion WILL NOT do an investigation into my concern, especially since I did not have an issue with my bank card until they received it! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thankfully, my other accounts are fine. If anybody needs to send their equipment back, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT 100% CLEARED OUT! Asurion WILL NOT protect against Identity Theft or fraud!

I got a replacement of my iPhone 7+ from Asurion! Yey! But guest what?! It is ATT certified restored! REFURBISH! RE USE! RENEWED! PREOWNED! AND you know what the agent told me? Feels like BRAND NEW! WOOOTTT WOOOOT I should be happy right! And her upper supervisor said shell give $375 in cash for me to purchase a brand new phone! Thats a great resolution Asurion! Keep it up! Keep your customer happy! YOU ARE THE WORST INSURANCE EVER! ATT WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

I work construction and break my phone more than the next guy might. So, I dropped my phone off a roof- as I have a number of times. Inconvenient, but temporary I thought- based on past experience. With asurion, and other outfits.

Customer service associate that fielded the call was helpful, thorough, expedient. Told me I could have my phone replaced the same, or next day- at the same cost. There's a flag, but not a dealbreaker.

Phone never shows up. I call the next am (phone was to arrive the previous pm) and am told neither contact# worked at drop-off(# is 882 prefix- they said # they had was 818). I said previously it's just been left on porch. They said if that's ok w me they'll set it up. I confirm 1-3pm drop-off. Timeframe comes n goes. I call them/ to be told that they emailed me a link to attach a pic of damage( I'd told them when filing that the only visible damage was a black, glitchy screen{good case} no cracks/scratches) I told them that there was no mention of anything more than claim-confirmation email. Connection's broken. And I'd been careful to not be rude, because the agent was very sweet.

I call back and explain that without my phone that their request is very difficult because my other phone is an iPhone and work phone w limited permissions. Connection is broken; again w/o follow-up.

At some pt, the weren't sure they would be able to accommodate me, at all- or at least this week. As the didn't have a device available.

In any other transactional context, it would be a pretty well articulated'$#*! you'. Craziest business exchange(s) in recent memory.

I purchased a Fitbit originally from Fitbit website but it stopped working after 2 years. I had an Amazon gift card I got for graduation so decided to purchase my next Fitbit from Amazon. Being wary of my previous experience with Fitbit, I got a 3 year warranty thru Asurion and sure enough, after one year my Fitbit stopped working. I went online, submitted a claim within 5 minutes and they sent me a shipping label. The same day they recieved my Fitbit tracker, they sent me an Amazon gift card for the retail price of my watch(minus tax). I am assuming they sent a gift card because the fitbit alta HR I had was a limited edition one that was no longer available. I was worried that me not sending in the charger or the original straps(which broke!) would be a problem but it wasn't. I actually ended up buying an Apple watch with the gift card instead and couldn't be happier! So well worth the price of the warranty. And of course, I got the Asurion 3 year warranty to go along with my Apple Watch too which is way cheaper than $70 apple care that Apple offers WITH a deductible of $70! What a ripoff! I am one happy customer! Absolutely in love with my new apple watch and didn't even buy a case for it since I know my Asurion warranty has me covered. Thanks Asurion!

When my favorite purple LONGLU Smart Watch stopped working, I filed an online claim with Asurion, which was denied! Not understanding why, I chatted with Ricky who researched the reason given and discovered that my claim was denied in error. While he was in the process of getting approval to process the claim, my connection with him was lost. Having been chatting with Ricky for several minutes, I was in panic mode thinking I was going to have to start anew with the new tech when I rechatted. Ricky had done such a great job documenting everything he had done that when I reached Marygold, she was able to finish my claim within about five minutes. MANY THANKS to both Ricky and Marygold for their courtesy, professionalism, and speed resolving my claim!

I sent my s20 ultra 5g in 1 month ago to get the screen repaired through my sprint insurance plan. The site said my phone would be back in 2 days. After a week I called to inquire about my phone and I was told it will actually take 3 to 5 business days... that was 2.5 weeks ago. Customer service isnt amazing and it takes forever... you end up on the phone with someone in a different country who ends up having to contact someone in America anyway to find out the status of the repair. On top of that the loaner phone that they give you is complete garbage. It's the cheapest phone on the market & so slow it's almost unusable. I'm not asking for a $1500 flagship loaner phone but they can do Soo much better than the current ones. I don't have any of my contacts because the loaner is an LG with Google and all my info is in my Samsung account. It wouldnt be a big deal at all if the company could follow through on their estimated repair time, however 30 days is a far cry from the 2 or 3 to 5 days that I was told. They even use overnight shipping which makes 30 days that much more pathetic. Avoid these guys at all costs. I don't recommend this company but unfortunately it was my only option thru my insurance so I'm stuck with them. I was half tempted to tell them to just send me my phone back to prove they didn't lose it, but I'm not going through this a second time.

I was told by 2 supervisors from the CEO office I would be getting a refund of a phone I had to purchase cause they messed up and didn't send my replacement phone until 2 weeks later, well now there telling me I have to pay a deductible on the phone that I paid for at AT&T after I paid the 200$ deductible on the replacement phone, been this don't even make sense, yall messed up and I had to buy a new phone and was told I would get my money back and there trying everything to not pay it I see, I been hung up on over 6 times and still don't have my money back and need to pay my rent Monday, this is such bul$#*!

We set up an appointment online between 6-7pm tonight. After setting this up, we received a confirmation text message to arrive between 6-7 pm. We drove 20 minutes to said appointment, arrived to the store at 6:30pm only to find the door was locked and no one there! We knocked on the door several times, called the number on the door and also the one online which routed us to the same number and it just rang and rang and then disconnected. Sign on door said they were open until 7pm. We waited for 10-15 minutes and still nothing. Initially I thought maybe something happened to the person working there but then I realized whoever was working prob just left early. The tv's were on in the front of the store and it appeared one light was on but no idea where anyone was. I was pretty upset considering I drove 20 mins to get there only to turn around and drive back home. I just think it's pretty crappy cs to not even bother to notify an appt that they were leaving early or to not even have an answering machine or anything take calls. They won't be getting my business.

Asurion is the worse company ever. My screen cracked and I have this worthless insurance with Asurion. Via their website, I scheduled a technician to come to my location to fix my cracked screen and paid my deductible. They provided a window between 11:00am and 1:00PM and in their typed instructions from the notification I received it states that the technician will call when they are on their way (see pics). I called Asurion at 12:05PM and asked the customer service rep if the technician was still coming, since I had not received a phone call and the customer service rep stated "yes they are still schedule to be there within the hour". Well at 1:05PM still no technician, so I called Asurion back and was then told by the customer service rep that they did not have a technician available to come to my location. Now where do you find the sense in that one? Why schedule a technician to come out if they don't have any available to come out. Did you not know your technicians schedules 2 days prior when I was scheduled for the service? No phone call or anything to even say the technician was not coming. Their service is total trash. Find another company that will provide you the service you deserve. We pay tooooo much for our phones to be treated like this and Verizon should be ashamed for using such a poor low class company.
