I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
The screen on my Galaxy Note 20S 5G ultra started strobing like a disco ball. I call AT&T and they put in a claim with Asurion. The screen was the problem and would be fixed 2 - 4 hours after I brought it in. The cost...$29.99. Within minutes I received a call from Stephen asking when I wanted to bring the phone in. I told him I was on my way. He called me 2 hrs later to say the screen cannot be removed from the phone and I needed a replacement. I called Asurion back and a new phone was on its way. I told Stephen that I needed all my data restored because it was my business phone. He assured me he would do that. Two days later the new phone was in. The screen was still not functioning but out walks John. My hero. He worked for over an hour and restored all my data, photos, contacts, apps and games. Then he had me check and recheck to make sure it was all there. The last thing he did was a factory reset on the broken phone so I could send it back. I was willing to replace my phone with a $1200.00 new phone if they could transfer my files. I'm so happy that the person at the ATHT store said there was no way. Thank you to all the guys at UBREAKIFIX (an Asurion company) in Milford Ma.
Device a day late arriving in completely destroyed and taped box. Product seems ok, though no padding and parts thrown in.
The technician guy Jake was very helpful in describing wat need to be fix. And top of that it doesn't take that long for him to fix my phone.

It was very easy on line to file for a repair. The repair itself was done quickly and return of the amp as well. Back playing everything is good.
Asurion is the best never had an issue filing a claim with them whether it be an Amazon purchase or a cell phone repair great company to work with.
This company is terrible. They offered me a job after several interviews and a drug screen a few years back during the pandemic. After about a week later they called me back and rescinded the job due to my background (I have a petty theft from 2014 and a simple possession of weed from 2011 that only show up on my record anymore because I do not have $3,000+ to pay off all the fines due to hard times living). Think what you want about these, but regardless of what it is it's been almost a decade and if you knew the circumstances for the petty theft it's ridiculous. Police bullying and DA conviction-monger.
Let me make clear, also, that I am college educated with a 4-year degree in IT. Exactly what they were needing, IT help.
Anyways, since then for the past two years they STILL PROCEED TO EMAIL/CALL ME ABOUT ONCE A WEEK OFFERING ME A JOB AGAIN. I have removed myself from this bs company's contact, but they PERSIST.
First of all, terrible decision on not hiring me as I am now/have been indispensable to my current job for over 2 years now. Second, STOP CALLING ME.

I have had Sprint and insurance since 1997 on all phones. This is 2nd time in 23 years of looking at using it.
Sprint repair people said my phone ((Note 8)) almost 4 years? Old, but I won't use a 5G phone for 2-3 years when service is in our area. So, no sense in upgrading yet.
The phone just wasn't getting service anymore... nothing wrong with the aesthetics or being damaged.
So Sprint told me 7 days to get a replacement. Same phone. After $275 deductible... huh? I looked on Internet. New one was $220-$250 on a few sites. Delivered.
Not refurbished... NEW.
Refurbs were $180... delivered.
So. Paying $275 and waiting 7 days! Was stupid. Paying a service to RIP me off... wow. I wanted a supervisor... ok, lady said,. Burrrr. Hung up.
Called again. (Philippines) been there a few times myself. Nice people really. Mostly, but you always have to watch out.
2nd call... 10 minutes to go through my ordeal. Again, please give me a supervisor... okay. Transfer tone. Hello. Immediately hung up on. I didn't get a chance for a word.
3rd time. I told the person I wanted a supervisor that I keep getting hung up on on transferring... oh, sorry, no problems. Here you go... hung up.
No call backs to me... just terrible service. I cancelled their insurance today because it sucks! Go someplace else.
My spn broke his tablet and I couldn't find the protection plan listed. The problem was quickly resolved with assistance.
April resolved my eSIM issue with my new iPhone Pro Max. She was knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated her help.
