I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I was disappointed due to I have a 12 mini and the AT&T store told us they have had a lot of 12 minis and they are FAULTY. The AT&T store nearest to me will not carry the 12 minis anymore.

Home+ is a monthly subscription charge for a protection plan marketed for all devices. I had no need for this a tried to cancel after paying it for a few months. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the subscription. There is no where on the website to do it, the website doesn't even mention How to cancel. I finally gave in and called the customer service 800 number. They will ask you loads of questions, want to know all the devices you own, and try to talk you out of canceling. If that doesn't work the will persistently recommend the regular home plan. The person I was on the phone with tried talking me into out of it for 15 minutes. I repeatedly stated "I am declining any protection plan and am asking you to cancel my subscription." Didn't even acknowledge my statement and still tried to insist I keep the plan! Employee then babbled out random numbers to try to convince me? I mentioned a Nintendo switch in the beginning of the call, when I was getting pestered about all the electronics I owned- claimed it was 'needed' to add to the profile that I'm trying to cancel. Complete BS… Anyways they were trying to tell me the insurance covers the switch controllers which are apparently "$300 alone". Also a straight up lie, you can get a brand new set for $75. And they continued to throw out nonsense numbers of 'all the money I could save' by not having to replace an electronic outright. The whole phone call was aggravating to say the least. I should have had them send proof of cancellation to me.
No matter how good the benefits, I would not recommend Asurion Home+ to anyone. The tactics to use to try to force you into the subscription are unprofessional and honestly straight up corrupt.

Filed claim same day and got the phone checked out by a tech and resolved issue by recommending a new phone. Phone was sent in 3 days at no cost.
I broke my screen and had called for two months trying to replace it. When I tried to upload a photo of my drivers license it wouldn't except it. Called back and they said i need to send it from an ipad, iPad, wouldn't except it. They told me i could Email it, they said they didn't receive it, did it twice. Then they said i could fax it they said they didn't receive it, faxed it 4 times, then they said oh ota because it needs to be front and back, did it for the fifth time and they said they didn't receive it. I have been trying to replace my broken phone that my camera dosen't work and I use my phone for my business and have twin 4 year olds that I would like to capture precious moments. I have tried for 2 months and all they will say is I do apologize but will not replace my phone that I pay 15 dollars a month for. I finally gave up, i will have to find another company. The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. I am dumbfounded by the circles that they take you through. Do your self a favor and never go through this company, they are bogus.
