I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Man i was having such a hard time trying to get my phone activated and within Id say about 10 minutes it was over I had tried doing it on my own but I got nowhere. Tia was an amazing help they got the process done so fast I was amazed at the end. Great work

Couldn't seem to get my receipt to register on the website (which makes sense it was almost three years later) so I contacted support and the gentleman I spoke with solved my issue in minutes and was polite and prompt. Overall a fantastic and easy experience.
Asurion contacted me via email that my phone battery may be due for a free replacement at the local ibreakufix store. I was told no appointment needed, just walk in. They didn't tell me I had to drop off the phone for two hours and unlocked. My phone is my wallet and passkey for many apps, so I was not thrilled. Also, the rep from Asurion was polite but asked way too many PERSONAL questions.

Cracked phone to the point it didn't recognize touch. We submitted an insurance claim, and Asurion came out to our house same day to repair! Maiya was on time, professional, and the repair lasted 15 minutes.

I just had the thrill of buying a new computer and monitor for my home office. I was not looking forward to processing the paperwork needed to protect it. After texting an image of my receipt and going on-line to finish the process, there was nothing more to do! It started rocky. The person who took my information over the phone made a mistake that needed correction, but it was smooth sailing after that. I have had Asurion for my 55" which was replaced within 72 hours. You are worth every penny.
