I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Went to AT&T with my broken phone and given Phoneclaim.com address. Went home got on the site and they are sending me a replacement phone. Very easy.

A raunchy SPYWARE PHONE Moto5g2022 is what they sent, by the next day & I HAD 2 give them my LgStylo6. My Lg's charging port went bad, cell was completely dead & ALL MY INFO WAS ON IT! I was threatened b/c I wanted to keep Lg ! The guy stated " I'll let Cricket Wireless know about this & have them add $300 to your bill if you don't send it to me! So, I pd $230 for Lg had to pay a $75 non~refundable Deductible, $8 Ins. for 18 mths = $144, + I had to purchase a new Screen Protector & Case $80 for new SPYWARE phone ( that were being handed out for $0 free!)! $550 I paid or so to their $0 ! IMPO THESE GUYS ARE THE "MASTER RIP~OFFS" that's for sure ! They want your old cell phone & give you a raunchy POS in it's place so they can REFURBISH OLD PHONE & RESALE THEM MAKING 2<OR>3 TIMES MORE MONEY JUST FROM ONE PHONE !!! Thank you !

My sons phone was damaged and I went online to fill out a claim. I finished the claim Friday night and he had the replacement phone Monday afternoon.
Service was speedy, however; the price to replace my phone was high and I could not get the same color of phone I had before.
