I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Technician got it done in under 15 minutes and cleaned the outside of the phone as well. Great experience.

My technician was very patient, helpful and understanding. He worked with getting my printer connected to my new laptop. He really had to work it, because my internet connection was not good at all, it was really slow. But he took his time and made sure it would print and printed out a test page. He was just really great. Thank you again Chris for all your help.

You be crazy not to have Asurion not take care of you! You have some many electronics in your homes and it's not if it's when something happens to them they will get it fixed or replaced!
I have filed 3 claims with Asurion now (I have purchased many plans for current devices) and every time Asurion has been lightning fast and extremely pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them though if you want piece of mind when you buy a gadget.

I needed help transferring data from my old phone to me new phone. It's scary because I'm not hip to all the modern technology. I used the "chat online" option and was helped by Jesse. He was patient with me and my questions. In the end, he was able to successfully help me transfer my data. I walked into the conversation feeling overwhelmed but my worries were in vain. Very satisfied customer.

My great grandson cracked his phone and was having problems with his screen. I took him and the phone to AT&T store. The service person advised me to file a claim and assisted me with the number!
