Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.

I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
Asurion representative texted first thing in the am to confirm. Was responsive to later questions I had in the morning. He arrived at my office during the range given. Took my phone and handed it back a little while later looking brand new. Pleasant attitude, perfect experience!

I had my phone screen replaced this afternoon via mobile tech. My tech, Casey H., was kind, prompt, and extremely helpful.
He fixed my screen, gave me tips on how to prolong my battery life AND replaced screws that were missing from the previous work I had done 2 years prior.
You can tell Casey cares for his job and enjoys fixing devices for customers - while demonstrating his awesome tech skills.
The service tech was extremely well mannered, very knowledgeable and expressed an excellent work-ethic. The gentleman had his day planned and was working very diligently to maintain a schedule. He called ahead to make sure it was ok to arrive 2 hours early, explained his reasoning & was at my front door in 10 minutes. He replaced the phone screen within 10 minutes of his arrival, completed the ticket and was ready to go in no time. I was very impressed with this young man's performance and attitude.
They advised what needed to be done.told me the time frame.i picked up my phone and it looked brand new.this was a $1600 phone that the front was cracked and the inside was black.i thought I needed to get anew phone.the process could not have been easier. They were so professional and did the job better than I ever thought.i would strongly recommend their services.

Had a very good experience no hassles or anything to worry about the only thing I was out of phone for a few hours but no biggie other than that my phone was an excellent conditions after it got fixed I had a cracked screen and looks like nothing happened very satisfied

Kenny was awesome! He finished repairing my phone in 1/4 of the time that was estimated. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his work and made sure I knew everything he was going to do. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but he has it! I highly recommend this location :)
I was extremely stressed due to dropping my phone and cracking the screen which left me unable to use my phone. After making the claim online I was unsure what the process was going to be the next day. However once I got to the AT&T store. My stress quickly subsided after speaking with Ye. She addressed all of my concerns and got me back up and running within 30 minutes! Her politeness and reassurance that she would get me taken care of quickly and efficiently was a huge relief, and I cannot thank her enough! I truly hope that Asurion has a bonus program based off of performance and producing happy customers because she hands down deserves it!

It was super easy to file my claim and get my partners device fixed face. Staff was friendly and building was clean. Wish they had more seats but was told repair would be 4 hours and it ended up being completed earlier than predicted. Great experience.
In all my experience was great. Asurion sends a prepaid mailing envelope with the address already printed on it. All you have to do is drop it off at a ups store. The repair team is super fast! I was without my phone for only a few days! It works perfectly now!
My iPhone broke and because it was an emergency, I took it to a mall repair shop. Big mistake as they did not use the correct parts and my phone would not work properly. I would've saved myself heartache and money if I had just contacted Asurion first. The process was so quick, they came on a Saturday and the technician quickly and efficiently fixed my phone. It works perfect now.
Unfortunately with an active family I have had three claims in the matter of a few months. A lost watch, a broken phone screen then a phone that failed all together. All of these were resolved in a very painless and fast way. I am pleasantly surprised of how easy it has been each time. I was very skeptical of purchasing this insurance, but I sure am glad that I did. It has served my family well.
Asurion has gone above and beyond multiple times, even though I have the family plan most of the claims have been for the same line every time and once on another and they went out of their way and gave me money to buy a device that very same day to mitigate a back order. I am blessed to be able to have their protection and have them covering every single claim every time and having virtually no downtime
