Getting my screen replaced was remarkably easy. The repairman came to my home. He had it repaired in less that 30 minutes.

For some items, such as dehumidifiers, the Asurion plans can be a very good idea. I am pleased with my experience submitting a claim when my unit failed after fewer than two years. I was able to look up the Amazon order number for the Asurion purchase in my Amazon history, which was convenient and helpful. The claims process was handled satisfactorily via Chat. I will consider Asurion protection plans for future purchases.

I always by the Asurion warranty when offered because anytime I have had to use it, they came through. Filling a claim and working with their customer service is very easy!

There was allot of confusion with the tech's on the phone call getting transferred to people who could not address my issue. Once I got to the correct dept after call back 3 times while with an AT&T assistant manager the problem was resolved. The place they sent us to was great and fixed the problem.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I called ATT to find out what to do. I was referred online to follow steps. I received my new phone the next day. All my data was transferred over to new phone after I went in to the ATT store in Centralia, Washington. The young woman in the store was extremely helpful and answered ALL my questions.
