I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
On Thursday, May the 9th I went to the Stephenville, Texas, Att store to have to activate a replacement phone. I must say the young gentleman that assisted me was very professional and courteous! He fixed me up and helped me with issues with my husband's phone! I told him I would give him 10 stars if possible! Thank you young man!

I've used Asurion in the past on a protected product and this time using the service was just as was as the first time. I recommend everyone to pay the extra fee for the protection plan on electronics because you just never know when your device may fail or you have an unfortunate accident with your device. Asurion has you covered.

I started my chat and explained everything to Honey what was going on with my reimbursement check and it wasn't long before she came back to me and said that everything was taken care of. I put in a claim in April for my Epson ET-2800 printer and within a couple of days I had my check in the mail.to purchase a new printer. Asurion is a very reliable company. It took three times to get tech to finally to show up. First time, doesn't work on Saturdays, he does. Second time, went to the wrong house. Third time, showed up 20 minutes before my time was up. Phone works great and did a fine job.

It's was very easy to have my phone replaced. I signed a claim and I had a new phone 2 days later. My deductible was a little higher than expected but I lost my phone right after I purchased it. I don't know what I could have done without Assurion protect advantage with AT&T.

I am visually impaired and use my iPad. There's so many Things that I use my iPad throughout the day period one of the things is my calendar. I pay some bills on it. It is the only way that I can watch t. I cannot see our regular t. V. I was so stressed and devastated because my iPad would not charge because of a bad chip. I received my replacement The next day. I needed help activating my daughter's replacement phone so I reached out to support. My tech's name was Steve and he was wonderful! He was prompt and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The set up process on Apple products can be a task, but Steve stayed right there with me until the end. Awesome experience!

My claim was processed quickly and easily. I was struggling with the online form, but the person who helped me on the chat closed the gap. I'm glad I purchased the protection plan for my earbuds!
My overall thought of using Asurion insurance is that it was easy to use fast. I was able to get my daughters phone fixed In a timely manner and I was even able to reschedule if I needed to or change of location and those options are easy to find on the website or app thank you so much for making things so easy for your customers.
