Even though I've taken very good care of my phone, I've had it three years and with the constant invitation from the company AT&T to upgrade I just knew my phone was over and done. The tech that provided the service call, the customer service that I received over the phone, was outstanding! It was glad to see that professionalism still exist in the workplace. It is a rarity that you see young people work with kindness, respect, knowledgeable, and just handling the business like they want to continue to pay a bill I tipped my hat to this company. I applaud the young people it makes you want to deal with the workplace again good work. Oh and of course my phone looks like a brand new phone. I am so happy thank you Asurion
They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.

Mi cita la tuve a las 3 de la tarde y un empleado de Att fue avisarle al técnico y en 5 minutos llegó revisó el celular dañado y en una hora exacta regreso con el ya reparado.y aún así tengo garantía por un año.

Tenia muchas dudas de llamar porque siempre los reclamos con seguros son dificiles, pero este reclamo fue muy facil de hacer, fueron muy diligentes y pude resolver todo muy rapido. Lo mejor es que pude tener mi telefono nuevo en muy poco tiempo!
