I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

The technical solutions team is absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. In my call they helped me with not only the reason that I was calling, but also a secondary reason. When my dehumidifier stopped working after 2 yrs, I was very happy that I bought a warranty for it. Unlike other extended warranties I've had to use, Asurion is unbelievable. I filed the claim on line (Chat), had approval in a couple of minutes. Received payment in a couple of minutes, could have been less than that; checked Email a couple of minutes after finishing Chat. This service is incredible, claim process is amazingly smooth. Will definitely use Asurion again when I order the replacement' which I'm already working on.

I recently got out of an abusive relationship, and I could not afford to replace my tv. I remembered I had insurance on it! Honestly was such a life saver. They were extremely kind and I was able to get a gift card so I can replace my tv.
I was impressed with the technician that came out and resolved the problem however the amount of time between the filing of the claim and the time a technician came out was a hardship
