I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I broke the screen on my Samsung S22 today and thankfully I had Asurion Insurance. ATT set up the apt and I brought the phone to a local repair shop. The screen was replaced within 2 hours and it looks brand new! Would have been an expensive fix if it wasn't insured!

Submitting a claim and getting the repair were very quick. The only part that would have been a bit more efficient, would've been to know that turning off find my phone required turning off stolen device protection and there is an associated wait time if somewhere "unfamiliar" (not home).

He did exactly what AT&t told him so my experience was good My experience was bad because when I told her Syrian what was wrong with my phone he didn't do it he only did what the AT&t put the paperwork in for and stayed at that I just needed my screen change I'd rather have my phone fixed in the little screen change because the screen was so minor barely could see I didn't want that I didn't need that but I end up getting that but I need a new phone

I brought my phone in for repair and I got a call saying that my phone was unable to fix. I went to you break we fix they gave me all the information to call in to Asurion. When I called I gave them my info and a replacement phone was delivered the following day.That's great service. And give me 30 days to return my broken phone it came with a label for shipment.

Had to have a new screen put on my son's iPhone 13. I knew I had insurance but never gave it thought to look into it, being his screen was cracked. But when it started glitching I knew we needed to do something. So we went to At&T and upgraded, but we needed to get the screen fixed to get a decent amount off of the trade in. So that worked out well, it was fixed in no time at all. Friendly guy who dealt with me, he was very helpful and spoke with positivity. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs service.

I have been to this repair business 2 times. Both times they were able to resolve the issue. It pays to buy the insurance protection from your provider. I use ATT. I filled out the claim form. Took My phone in. I sent the claim to a different location by mistake. They were able to transfer the claim. My phone was repaired within 24 hours. No hassle. Without the insurance protection repair costs can be a bit expensive. But with these people, it is worth the cost. The best ever.

I have had an appalling experience with Asurion's warranty service. As a first-time claimant, I submitted all required paperwork and followed their instructions precisely. Despite this, my claim was unjustly rejected without any clear explanation.

The final letter I received simply stated my claim was denied, which felt like a blatant dismissal of my legitimate request. I expected a fair evaluation and transparent communication, but instead, I encountered evasive responses and what seemed like intentional obfuscation.

When I sought further resolution, I was assured that everything could be resolved by contacting the claims review department. However, once I attempted to reach them, I was blocked from doing so and instructed to resubmit my claim even though I had no means of doing so, and this could only be done on the company's side. This unnecessary delay could have been avoided if they had informed me of this and resubmitted my claim on the initial call.

This constant deflection and evasion is completely unacceptable. It is clear that Asurion's handling of claims is not only inefficient but also deliberately obstructive. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and a resolution process that reflects integrity.

I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering Asurion's warranty service. Based on my experience, their practices are deceptive and their service is profoundly unsatisfactory.
