Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.
My phone was damaged and had the dreaded black screen. I simply used another device to chat with asurion support and in only minutes my new phone was on its way. I never can understand why someone would pass on device insurance. This one incident proves that it is well worth what I spend on the coverage. I would have been out hundreds of dollars and without a usable phone at the same time.

Had a screen repaired, tech came to home. Easy process and amazing service
Trying to setup an iphone to replace a stolen one. There were challenges in the process as I had forgotten some of my old passwords and had no extra device for apple to send verifications to. Joshua was extremely patient, helpful when the new iphone would not let me past a page in setup and gave me unparalleled assistance.

Didn't like the fact that I received message my claim was not completed. I sent pictures of receipt, chair and completed form. I did the chat and everything hopefully went through.

I had wanted to know if I needed to take my phone in for a physical inspection so that they would know that there was not any damage when I signed up to device protection and he told me that the computer says it's activated I would have preferred a straight yes or no or a little more first hand knowledge of what I was asking but was very polite and responsive

Well at first i tried the web site and it could not find my plan and i clicked on the chat button, after connecting with a customer service name John, he found my info and was super helpful he went out beyond what i would have expected from what i heard from other friends.
