I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Good service but I'm not sure my issue was resolved. Over all I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quick fix to an easy problem… as long as they have the time to do it. Lol

Put in a claim right before traveling out-of-state. They found the nearest repair shop at my destination and it was repaired within the same day.

Repairman arrived at the location on time to repair a broken screen. I got my phone back and he was gone within about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if the screen was replaced or the entire phone, but either way it was done very quickly.
Stand alone asurion is so much more honest and affordable and won't lie about coverage to make a sale. Very happy with them so far. Even when I've asked questions and the answers weren't what I wanted to hear (but expected) it just made me trust them more.
This was the first time I ever cracked the screen on my phone. I'm so glad I had insurance and was able to have my repaired. The quality of work is superb and time to complete was really good.
I had a really important and expensive item ship to me damaged, and I was able to get help and replace it through the counsel of Asurion's service very easily. Not only that, but was able to replace the coverage so that not a day of coverage could be wasted for the new replacement, which I thought was nice and kind of "above and beyond" as typically it starts for the first thing you bought it for, and then everything after is a liability even if you did need it replaced. So I appreciate that. 5 stars from me!:3

I have had many interactions with Asurion & all have been pleasant and professional...I just wish when selling Protection Plans for Garden Hoses, they wouldn't first deny my claim, only to have Asurion reimburse me...That is why I buy the Protection Plan each and every time I purchase a new hose, which I did recently...as far as agents go, I have never had a bad experience...Patricia Pierce
I decided to register my purchase for warranty protection via text. I wasn't sure that what I did completed the registration process. Via chat, I received support. Turns out I had not completed registration. Honey (my customer rep.) completed the registration on her end and confirmed I was now 100% registered. Can't wait to use this really nice laser printer. Woot! Woot!

Was so glad I had bought a protection plan for a product I purchased that I had seen some troubling reviews on. And sure enough it stopped working after about 4-5 uses. Did an online chat with a very polite rep and he submitted my claim and I got very satisfying results.
