Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.
Asurion has always taken very good care of me when buying their plan. I highly recommend it on items that get lots of wear and tear
When I dropped my phone, cracked my screen, and was desperate because 2-way authentication is the way of the world now, I didn't know what to do. My network provider helped me put in the claim and within 24 hours, a technician came to my home and repaired my phone on site from the workstation inside his truck. I'm back in business!

Dave was awesome! Very quick, respectful, aware, and professional. My phone is fixed and you can tell he has the procedure memorized to his logic for at end of repair he made sure he did a test call.
Drop off my cell phone with TJ the Asuron's tech in the Desoto AT& T Store, and by the time I returned back for my phone it, was done right the very 1st time! The smile on TJ's face let me know that he was confident in his work! Thanks 😊 TJ (hopefully the right initial)!

I've had no issues with the service stores, I find that at&t phones work best in my area.

When $#*!'s/Glof Galaxy couldn't resolve the situation I contacted Asurion. They handled the worn out glove situation perfectly and quickly.
The chat with Verizon customer service staff, Cyrilleanne was great! She did said that she set up an appointment for me to the nearest ubreakifix store which is an hour away from my residence
Unfortunately, when I got to ubreakifix store, manager Jacob said that he didn't receive on their end the appointment request.
Google pixel 4xl just won't turn on last Saturday and now it's Tuesday. I bought a new Google pixel 8 last Sunday thinking it would help me process faster but unfortunately not. No one from Verizon or Google account restore web and no contact information I can call to put my data back. I don't understand this whole issue. Right now, call and text are only functioning on my new phone. Thanks a lot! Hope there's resolution to this issue to help customer like me who's with Verizon for more than 10 years.
They handled it fast and easy. Very friendly. Clear and understandable.
It was short. Messaged someone for assistance on the website. They were able to assist in helping me file a claim. Claim was approved immediately and was able to get free shipping to return the product and get a gift card back for the same value.
