I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

This was a great experience. I was expecting a hassle as insurance usually goes, but it was so seamless and they took great care of my situation. I had my replacement phone in about 2 days. Processed everything by phone. Hopefully I don't have to use it again (because I don't want to crack my phone) but if I had to, then I would definitely do so again.

Asurion is a for sure, insurance protection, of your electronics being kept in tip top shape. The workers love their job and take pride in doing it and pleasing the customers. That's why I called it " A For Sure Thing." It is an assurance of knowing that any device that you have insured through them will be taken care of. Not just taken care of but also in a timely manner.

I entered into a chat with representative Janikka, because I wanted to cancel my device protection in order to save a few dollars. She never tried to talk me out of doing so but did recommend a less expensive coverage that I could switch to that still saved me about $10.
My phone was stolen when I put it down. Asurion's process to receive a replacement was quick and efficient. I live in New Orleans and a day of rain means flooding so my order was delayed a day. Because of the process with Asurion, I felt that it was easy enough for me not to lose my mind without a device lol.
