I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I was just mentioning to the customer service chat person, marygold, how frustrating it was that you if you order a phone ahead of time, before you receive the claim refund, you end up with an Amazon gift card you don't need since you already bought the phone. Or you have to go a few days WITHOUT a phone if you wait for the refund before ordering a new phone... I was thrilled I was thrilled when she offered me another solution, that they could send me a check in 7 to 10 business days. Perfect. This also gives me flexibility to buy the replacement phone wherever I want. Though TBH, I'll probably still get it from Amazon LOL
The screen repair guy came to my front door and had my phone fixed less than 15min! I was lucky enough to get same day service based off of available times.
The tech was courtesy to me and quickly repaired my phone. He was very friendly and made sure everything worked before he left!
My phone screen wouldn't turn on and the person working the desk named Kavon handled the problem accordingly and provided high quality customer service. I will definitely be coming back right away for any future issues and recommending my friends and family to do the same!
Easiest thing I have done in a while! I dropped off my phone with a cracked cover, and within an hour and a half, it was replaced without any hassle. I will take any other devices here. Glad to know they are in town.
Deyshawn was amazing tech who knew what he was doing and was available to get the job done right away if it wasn't for him. I'd probably give up on AT&T. Because AT&T store was a joke. They gave us a pamphlet and told us to go home in when the tech was actually in store. Just because they're not getting paid by the insurance.They don't reference them being there.But they do get paid hourly which is sad for the a t & t customer service agents in the store of vero beach
Drinking and spilling kool-aid…then trying to dry it out… in the process dropped and cracked the screen. Rough day! (I was extremely nervous to call and tell them what happened thinking there's no way insurance is going to cover this). They made it ok and got a good laugh with me. Made my day! I received my new iPhone which was way newer than my iPhone 8…IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! The representative was knowledgeable and kind.

I was checking my email and I have security as I explain to the agent Gemmalyn who was assisting me,as I checked the mail something came across the screen and said Cleanup you have viruses. And the Agent assisted me in a timely and efficient manner...Thank you!

She got my claim processed as well and approved quickly. I was extremely surprised for the fast assistance and the minimal effort from my end to get this accomplished. Thank you very much. So many companies try to find the technicality and get out of getting you what you have coming. Not these guys. They immediately mailed me my replacement phone. Definitely worth it

Sent in laptop for repair. They fixed it and sent it back. A month later we have to send it back. Customer service is fantastic! I am reserving my opinion of the repair shop until it is repaired again.
My Iphone 7 was having serious battery issues and it was replaced with an Iphone SE. It arrived by FedEx the next day. I liked my old phone but I love this replacement.
