I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

John Virick stayed online chatting with me with specific instructions and step by step instructions to help me get my new device up and running. For some reason it would not update and transfer my data. He asked me to trust him, and I then he told me to click "don't transfer anything" and I did, we air dropped all my contact and before I finished, he had all the other data connected in the new device. I was extremely frustrated and emotional because my phone was down for hours, but John Virick was great and he deserves a raise for his kindness, over the top patience and determination to get the job done.
As soon as my phone broke I was able to schedule a technician to come to me! I'm in the middle of nowhere lol on top of that he said he'd fix it in an hour but it took close to 40 mins.

Omg, if you need help processing a claim especially if you purchased an Asurion plan on any product complete it through the Chat. It's so much faster and very convenient. All your questions will be answered instantly. Be sure to first locate your Asurion plan ID number. I tried to process a claim over the phone, spent hours and got nowhere. I got online then went through the chat and received more help through the Chat. Thank you Carmelito for your time I appreciate you:-)
Took my daughters phone into asurion shop to have phone screen replaced. Left shop while it was fixed. Received text notification that hometech protection ($25/mon) was added to my plan. I did not approve nor consent to this. FRAUD
My shipping label did not work. Mariclare was very helpful to get everything fixed and is sending me a box to ship my product in. It only took a few minutes to take care of the issue. Thank you for being so prompt.
Contacted the product manufacturer and felt like I was getting the round around (lasted several days and emails). Filed a claim through Asurion and the issue was resolved in minutes. Next time I'll contact Asurion first and save myself time and a headache. Thank you Asurion!

I dreaded the return process but it was quite easy. The lady in chat room was very efficient, answered my questions and explained what I needed to do. Had really bad luck. Made 2 claims within 90 days.', mind you had insurance on 3 phones for years and now I made 2 claims on same phone. Terrible luck. However, Asurion handled both claims so nicely and smoothly. I had no issues with either claim. Customer service was terrific. Each person was awesome and caring. I really enjoyed my interactions with staff! Impeccable service
