Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My technical support representative was very helpful with the issue of my phone being possibly data breached. She helped me scan and gave me the instructions so I can check it Also she realized I didn't have the right Verizon scanner page so she downloaded it for me. Thank You
Dealing with them is super simple. They tired everything they can to resolve my issues and fixed my issue better than I could have hoped for. I will always always buy their plan if it is offered on anything I buy in the future. Great people to deal with. Highly satisfied

I've looked at the asurion home+ plan many times and didn't think I needed it. Well, I was wrong. The very first day after signing up I had a technical issue with my laptop. The chat was beyond easy and Michael was extremely helpful. While I didn't have the proper USB in hand to remedy the situation, he wrote up detailed, step by step directions. I plan on chatting again tomorrow for this specific issue, but also in the future. I'm very impressed right from the beginning. Thank you for an incredible program.

I bought a product almost 2 years ago that became defective and Asurion gave me no hassle whatsoever in honoring the coverage and reimbursing my purchase. I did it all online and there was an initial glitch of the manufacturers warranty covering my product, they did not and Asurion then honored my warranty purchased through them. Kudos to Asurion, I will definitely take advantage of their services again.

Antony my "chat" representative was good at his job. However, the phone number provided to me in the email was not a working number. Additionally, I had to send my phone off for a simple screen repair as they did not have anyone within 60 miles of my location (I love is a large town with one university and 2 colleges). This is absurd and unacceptable. Will be looking for a new carrie with better customer service when my contract is up in a few months.
