I have been noticing that my phone's battery was degrading, so I contacted Asurion to get it repaired. To my surprise, they scheduled me for the very next day. I took my phone in for repair and was met by some very friendly yet professional employees who took my phone and advised me how long it would take. By the time I got a coffee at Starbucks and returned, my phone was ready. I'm very pleased to report that now it's working perfectly. This could not have been handled any better

Dearly beloved Android users: I did the ultimate "no no", yes, I dropped my Samsung Ultra 22. I know, I too get emotional when I think about dropping my beloved Galaxy. As a faithful Android user, (I also have the newest IPhone as my personal cell), I was distraught. I am simply too attached to my current phone and setup but I'm also eligible for an upgrade.

I called area stores for options for a replacement when I realized I have insurance on all my lines. The positive, I logged into my profile and was immediately given two options. Pay $250 and replace the phone or pay $29 to fix the screen. Of course your frugal pal went with the $29 option.

Negative: I had to wait a week. But…the tech was super kind, helpful and remedied the issue in 30 minutes. They came to my front door with a smiling face, kind service and willingness to help.

The technician text me the morning of my repair and then updated me prior to my appointment window with an ETA. Jamal was on time, personable, professional, and got the job done in 15 minutes. This was about as easy a process as I could ask for. Thank you!

My cellphone's screen cracked. It was very easy to file a claim online, and drop my cell to a local ubreakifixeit store. It was ready in less than 24 hours.

I called first and the technician was great said he could do it that day in about an hour and a half. I wasn't able to get there that day but when I did bring it in, he collected it and I came back within two hours, it was ready to go! Fantastic service! Thank you!

As stated in the phone insurance through Asurion, insurance holders are entitled to unlimited free battery replacement. It was very easy to get approved by Asurion. The problem that I encountered wasn't with Asurion but instead my problem was with the AT&T staff. I had an 11:00am appointment and didn't get finished until 5:15pm. Even after leaving the store, I had to literally make a u-turn and return because the technician failed to perform a required recalibration because my phone didn't recognize the new battery

Damage my phone and they came to my location ( ballgame), they changed the screen while we're finishing up at the came. Great quality screen replacement and very convenient for a family on the go

The tech was behind schedule running about 1.5 hours after the estimated window. If I had known they were going to text a message letting me know he was on the way to our house I could have left to take care of things not being afraid of missing him when he did show up very professional and polite apologizing for being so late. He quickly repaired my phone and made sure I was satisfied with his work. Hopefully, I'll never crack my screen again but if I do I will definitely do it all over again.

Noah was a rockstar! He had what I needed in stock and had my phone fixed in no time. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely courteous! If I have any more issues with my phone he is the one I want waiting on me!

Sometimes we buy protection plans and never use them but it's good to know that when you really need it, Asurion is there to help you fix the issue. The process is fairly simple and painless and working with Monica through chat worked out better than I thought itl would from previous chat experiences elsewhere. Thanks Monica. Do not purchase Assurion technical support for your devices. The techs are not skilled, and they attempt to charge you for items that should be free. In my case, a tech just tried to charge me $120 to update the firmware on my 2-month-old printer that I purchased new for $79.99. Previously, a tech from Assurion told me that printers won't operate on 5G wifi. STAY FAR FROM THIS SCAM SERVICE!

Having the mobile repair come out was such a blessing, we own a business and I don't have the time to sit in a store and have my phone gone for hours at a time. The repair guy came and was here maybe a total of 15 mins., it made it so easy and stress free. My screen was shattered and needed to be repaired. I filed the claim on a Wednesday night and he arrived right after 10am Friday morning. I would recommend this time after time! Thank you for this service.

The whole process was very easy, all the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional the lady that helped me to get fixed my phone was the best she was so sweet and helpful, together with the store manager.

The Asurion store was the best. I picked a store near me and within an hour my son's phone was repaired. I would definitely recommend getting Asurion for your phones. Especially if you have kids.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. The technician came to job during the time window allotted and fixed my cracked screens both front and back within 30 minutes. My phone is good as new.

I have had insurance on electronics with other companies that you end up paying almost the full price of the object to get it replaced not with asurion they actually replace it for what you originally pay. They are the best don't know how they do it but you should always buy asurion.

I filed a claim and technician came out to my home next day! So convenient, Rod was prompt and fixed problem in 30 minutes. Definitely extremely satisfied!

Steven from Asurion had explained clearly what caused the symptoms. I just simply make the sound setting change to "PCM" and problem solved. I don't know about you customers but me definitely recommend Asurion for our household tech support.

The Manager John was the Kindness and most helpful person I have ever met in the service industry. He was helpful in lowering my stress when my phone had run over. He was able in a creative way to help me save my contacts. I have been recommending him to everyone.

I bought 2 protection plans for 2 identical aquarium pumps on the same day. Both of the pumps died 1 month after the manufacturer warranty ended. Asurion paid both claims and the process was very easy. There was a little confusion because the system (understandably) thought it was a duplicate claim. Within a few moments of chatting with Ricky, the situation was resolved and my second claim was also paid.

I chatted with Trixia Ann and she is a real asset to your company. I am a Senior and not very technical. She was extremely patient with me in setting up my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through to the end which took a lot of her time. In this day and time companies need more employees with the outstanding customer service that she gave me. She is a keeper for sure! I can't sing her praises enough.

I purchased an HP printer in September 2020. It was one of the greatest printers I have used for our family. I use several HP printers in the past, as a matter of fact I had an HP 4P that lasted over 25 years.
Unfortunately, all things must come to an end, but for my surprise this printer just stopped working after less than 4 years.
I purchased a 4-year protection from Asurion when I purchased the printer. I had no problem reaching out to place a claim. I chatted on line with Patrick who in few minutes was able to resolve the problem.
