I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

The tech was professional and fixed my phone in a timely manner. I bought a screen protector for $20 on the 6th of September today the 11th of September it fell off! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE SCREEN PROTECTOR!

I have been noticing that my phone's battery was degrading, so I contacted Asurion to get it repaired. To my surprise, they scheduled me for the very next day. I took my phone in for repair and was met by some very friendly yet professional employees who took my phone and advised me how long it would take. By the time I got a coffee at Starbucks and returned, my phone was ready. I'm very pleased to report that now it's working perfectly. This could not have been handled any better

Dearly beloved Android users: I did the ultimate "no no", yes, I dropped my Samsung Ultra 22. I know, I too get emotional when I think about dropping my beloved Galaxy. As a faithful Android user, (I also have the newest IPhone as my personal cell), I was distraught. I am simply too attached to my current phone and setup but I'm also eligible for an upgrade.

I called area stores for options for a replacement when I realized I have insurance on all my lines. The positive, I logged into my profile and was immediately given two options. Pay $250 and replace the phone or pay $29 to fix the screen. Of course your frugal pal went with the $29 option.

Negative: I had to wait a week. But…the tech was super kind, helpful and remedied the issue in 30 minutes. They came to my front door with a smiling face, kind service and willingness to help.

As stated in the phone insurance through Asurion, insurance holders are entitled to unlimited free battery replacement. It was very easy to get approved by Asurion. The problem that I encountered wasn't with Asurion but instead my problem was with the AT&T staff. I had an 11:00am appointment and didn't get finished until 5:15pm. Even after leaving the store, I had to literally make a u-turn and return because the technician failed to perform a required recalibration because my phone didn't recognize the new battery

The tech was behind schedule running about 1.5 hours after the estimated window. If I had known they were going to text a message letting me know he was on the way to our house I could have left to take care of things not being afraid of missing him when he did show up very professional and polite apologizing for being so late. He quickly repaired my phone and made sure I was satisfied with his work. Hopefully, I'll never crack my screen again but if I do I will definitely do it all over again.

Sometimes we buy protection plans and never use them but it's good to know that when you really need it, Asurion is there to help you fix the issue. Do not purchase Assurion technical support for your devices. The techs are not skilled, and they attempt to charge you for items that should be free. In my case, a tech just tried to charge me $120 to update the firmware on my 2-month-old printer that I purchased new for $79.99. Previously, a tech from Assurion told me that printers won't operate on 5G wifi. STAY FAR FROM THIS SCAM SERVICE!

Having the mobile repair come out was such a blessing, we own a business and I don't have the time to sit in a store and have my phone gone for hours at a time. The repair guy came and was here maybe a total of 15 mins., it made it so easy and stress free. My screen was shattered and needed to be repaired. I have had insurance on electronics with other companies that you end up paying almost the full price of the object to get it replaced not with asurion they actually replace it for what you originally pay. They are the best don't know how they do it but you should always buy asurion.

Asurion paid both claims and the process was very easy. There was a little confusion because the system (understandably) thought it was a duplicate claim. I purchased an HP printer in September 2020. It was one of the greatest printers I have used for our family. I use several HP printers in the past, as a matter of fact I had an HP 4P that lasted over 25 years.
Unfortunately, all things must come to an end, but for my surprise this printer just stopped working after less than 4 years.

This is the worst company to deal with. Most, if not all of their web sites don't work. Not very helpful, and if you don't have every bit of information, forget it. Deductibles are very high, why pay for insurance, just like every other company out there. Make it very hard to talk with a human being. Worst ever, please don't use them
