Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Replacing a phone is never easy and often frustrating. I went to an ATT store and they helped me file an insurance claim and it went very smoothly. The replacement phone arrived next day. I need help with activating the phone and the customer service was excellent. Best help I have ever had through a call service. Great patience and very kind and helpful.
Over all I had a great experience with the person I talked to. The phone sucks! Has a lot of issues!
Once again I am so happy with the great service I have received from Asurion. The customer service is exceptional. I will never hesitate to purchase or recommend to family or friends to purchase policies from this company.
My screen cracked from it falling. They shipped a return envelope for me to send my cell. I shipped on Monday had my cell delivered on Thursday. My cell phone looks brand new.
I lost my watch a yr ago.i didn't think since it's been so long ago they would do anything to help me,my son told me "just try mom" so I did and they had my replacement to me the NEXT day.Plus a up grade!it was so easy I should of done it a yr ago! Thankx ATT,your awesome! And fast!
They are by far the best cellular providers in the market. From coverage, payment plan, service, price and to discounts and allowances; they don't far short. Over the years I have bounced from AT&T to Tmobile, then to Verizon and back to AT&T.

I've used Asurion for several years and have filed several claims. They always handle them in a very timely manner and are good about keeping you up to date. This claim is actually a repair and so far so good. I would and do recommend them!

Every time I've needed to use Asurion it's always been reasonably quick and helpful. I recommend the insurance for your cellphone or any device that has a somewhat high chance to be damaged on a day to day basis.
I have been very please with asurion they have always been good. Got my phone fast and in great condition, wish they had a better selection of colors but it works and that's what matters.
When I went in to get a warrantee on my chair because the material is coming apart from the seams it made me feel uncomfortable that it prompted me to chat with an agent because it shows on their records, I have had another claim? What would that have to do with this claim? Felt awkward.
Brought in my IPhone 11 Pro for a cracked screen replacement, The Tech who helped us was very friendly and professional ( which I'm finding harder to find these days) the store just opened and he said he'd have it ready within 2 hours. Went for a coffee and had my phone back as promised. All in all a 5 star rating U. Break I fix on Sunrise in Sac thumbs up

My son called me in a panic because he cracked his screen while on vacation. He actually got used to looking at his phone through a cracked lens over the last week off vacation. I went through myATT app, set up the appt Saturday night online, had an appt on Sunday at 1pm. By 1:30 pm my son felt like he had a brand new phone, zero hassle. Thanks Asurion, job well done.
