Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
When I went in to get a warrantee on my chair because the material is coming apart from the seams it made me feel uncomfortable that it prompted me to chat with an agent because it shows on their records, I have had another claim? What would that have to do with this claim? Felt awkward.

Brought in my IPhone 11 Pro for a cracked screen replacement, The Tech who helped us was very friendly and professional ( which I'm finding harder to find these days) the store just opened and he said he'd have it ready within 2 hours. Went for a coffee and had my phone back as promised. All in all a 5 star rating U. Break I fix on Sunrise in Sac thumbs up
My son called me in a panic because he cracked his screen while on vacation. He actually got used to looking at his phone through a cracked lens over the last week off vacation. I went through myATT app, set up the appt Saturday night online, had an appt on Sunday at 1pm. By 1:30 pm my son felt like he had a brand new phone, zero hassle. Thanks Asurion, job well done.
It was very good customer service. Talk to me and explain to me what was going on. How they were going to work on my phone.
My 2 year granddaughters iPad was left on top of the car and lost when her parents drove away. My son and daughter in law are getting ready to take a trip. They had down loaded entertainment for the baby to keep her busy on the flight. Her replacement iPad came the next day.
The young men at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I had to wait; they were very attentive to everyone that came in this store.

Regardless of what will come of my claim, the entire customer service team from my initial online contact, protection plan rep, and technical service rep were all very helpful and friendly. They made me feel like I mattered.
Imagine watching your new iPhone 15 Pro launching itself overboard as you motor out to watch a beautiful sunset with your family. With Asurion, the evening was not a total loss. We enjoyed the sunset knowing that replacing my phone would not spoil the time spent with family.

I was very worried I was going to be treated poorly. Like other companies as a scam. I was so relieved when the chat representative guided me through the claim process to the end.
I was unable to back up my mobile device prior to a repair. The assistant was able to give me clear directions to solve the issue. Additionally, they looked up my account to determine what was covered and was able to give me the verbiage needed for the tech to understand what I wanted fixed. Sometimes if you don't use the right words, you don't get what you need.
I needed to replace a defective machine and the site didn't recognize the information I was inputting. I chatted with Patrick, and he got me squared away in less than ten minutes. Great service!

I put a claim in on the 6th of April and they suppose to have pick up the package at my door step Monday but I was home because I was at work. It was told to me that if I wasn't home that they will leave me a shipping label. Well I did y get the shipping label because it was the wrong address the representative submitted. So I chat with them today and talk with Rhealyn and it was a breeze from heaven. I was taking care of in just a few minutes. Rhealyn "Rocks". Thank you for making me feel like the customer matters because you did that and I appreciate you so much. A 10 star is what you need!

Thankful to have asurion insurance for my phone. Cracked my screen and was fixed the next day! Came to my house and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. So convenient!
I knew deleting a service, especially insurance, was not going to be easy.
They won't give up without a fight.
But surprisingly, Stevie was very polite, quick in response, and did provide a nice alternative.
Declining that was fine, and we quickly proceeded to concluding with what I wanted.
Time saved was a big factor.
