Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I had to put in a claim on a router I purchased four years ago in Staples. I was unable to navigate the website to file a claim. However, my customer service agent, Carmelita, was the best! Kind, considerate, professional, comprehensive, and, very efficient. Based on my experience with Carmelita, I think Asurion needs to direct all customer service to their agents. Way to go, Asurion.

I had technical difficulties setting up my new iPhone 15. I called well after business hours (10:30pm) and was directed to the live chat. I was skeptical about my issue getting resolved but I gave the chat a chance. Cielomarie was such a breeze to work with, she was prompt in resolving my eSim connection problem. I highly recommend Verizon's live chat for any late-night technical support as they were able to assist me in resolving my issue in a timely and seamless manner.
This was painless and easy. I was able to do everything myself, which was great. The store was easy to get the claim filed and got the phone quick. It was wonderful.

I had purchased the Asurion protection plan for my grandson's ride on tractor. I almost didn't. I am so glad I did because once there was an issue I did the chat and it was so easy. It was well worth getting the protection plan.
Very easy to understand the directions given. Answered some questions that were not directly related to the new phone setup.

I had a very hard time on the phone with the two phone numbers I had been given (by the store where I took my computer to be repaired), it felt like no one could help. Then I messaged the online support chat and thankfully was connected to a beautiful angel named Jailyn. She was so helpful and gave me all the answers I needed! I was so grateful for her support. She was professional and personal. We heart Jailyn and she wins the day!

I tried for 15 minutes to submit my claim online following all the prompts with no success and a greatly increasing level of frustration. I finally clicked on the Chat button, had assistance from Monica, and she was able to completely resolve my claim. Next time, the first thing I will do is click on Chat! As far as the warranty itself, Asurion completely stood behind its warranty and agreed to send me a check for the replacement product that will need to be ordered. This is the way that a Warranty is supposed to work!
Omg I'm so happy with this program and service. The best part I did not call anyone I did everything online. The technician got here on time, very nice, fast and responsible. We love it.
