Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I was worried when I purchased this warranty if I ever had to use it how much effort it was going to take that it would almost not be worth doing it as my time is extremely valuable. Asurion met my needs with speed and really appreciated that my time was valuable as well. It took a total of maybe 15 minutes to get a service call set up and initiated. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely look for more options to use Asurion in the future. Thank you guys so much for making a problem less of a problem.
Dealing with Nick was easy. He was efficient and provided explanations and solutions. Verizon contracts are confusing and it's hard to understand how the costs apply and what charges are for what items.
I can't ever remember the prices of the deductibles and so had to go to chat and did not wait for more than one minute and Hazel came on and was very helpful and friendly and gave me the information I needed
The tech named Lucas was so professional and knowledgeable, he was very attentive and curteous! My daughter is shy and she is also sick (cancer) and he said help to her and made her smile

The screen on my phone started to go blank then back on so I had to contact Asurion to get help. I discussed my phone issues with Jeric and he was able to get a replacement phone out to me the next day. He made the whole encounter pleasant and was able to resolve my problem fast. I really appreciate the awesome service.

Actually it was a challenge 4 me. Because of my lack knowledge and skills with my S4. But the person helping me was top of the line. He understood my situation and did all he could do. It was I that couldn't completel his mission 2 fully help me
The hydraulic system I purchased from Amazon doesn't activate despite being connected and the air pump working. It's disheartening when a device malfunctions, but thankfully, I have the Asurion protection plan. I reached out to their Chat system, and it was remarkably quick and simple.
I had a bad purchase, outside of the return period, but because I had chosen to get the extended coverage with Asurion, it was easy to resolve! I recommend the small additional fee at purchase of anything to get this coverage. When the purchase may go bad, they will cover you!

My phone screen cracked due to being dropped on the ground by my young kiddo and the process to get it fixed was painless! All I had to do was file a claim, book an appointment and in less than 1/2 hour with my phone with the expert it was completed! Very pleased!
My IPhone 8 had broken glass on the back. Asurion sent an iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace it. I was not expecting that. The new phone is refurbished but you can't tell. It's as good as new. Well worth the cost of the insurance on the phone.
My experience was very pleasant and fast! The best customer service ever at the location AT&T located in Aberdeen, southern pines Nc! Right beside the steak, egg, and sizzling restaurant. Thank you all for having great customer service. My phone screen bug is no more.
Damaged my phone Z Fold 4 phone while on a business trip beyond use or repair. I hesitated purchasing the insurance when I got my new phone, but I am so glad I did. I thought the claim process was going to be challenging, but to my surprise, it was very easy - and fast. I submitted the claim online while still on my business trip, and 3 days later when I returned home the new phone was already delivered. Don't hesitate to get the insurance - it is well worth the money!
