Asurion is definitely one of the best protection plans you can purchase. They have very good customer service reps that show true concern for the customers and do all they can to rectify the issue at hand.

I have had to use asurion several times, for multiple devices. The customer service has been absolutely wonderful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have always addressed my issues quickly.

This was my first time submitting a claim with Asurion. I ran into some trouble locating the product that should have been linked to the protection plan, so I reached out to the support chat. Cherry Ann was my support rep. She was incredibly helpful in preparing the claim and made the whole process very easy. I appreciate the help and great customer service!

The customer care representative was very helpful and taking care of my issue. She didn't awesome job.

I was in a predicament, I could not make any phone calls and was waiting for my new phone to activate. It was stuck so I went on my computer and started a text with Juan at Asurion. He walked me thru and was very professional and in a timely manner.

Philip was very efficient and kind. He processed my claim, made sure my information was current, and expressed kindness for my situation. Was so quick but still covered everything I needed. Thanks!

I had a little trouble on the website, so I used the chat box to get my claim sorted out. The person who helped me was named Maria, and she was great! She was able to submit a claim on my behalf to Guitar Center, and in a matter of 10 minutes, I had an appointment booked to repair my guitar. Super grateful for Asurion, and would definitely recommend for anybody else!

Instructions said use smart switch to move data from old ph to new phone, then factory reset old phone toss sim card return old ph.
Then learned new ph doesn't work (tried to tex, call and use some apps) Now i needed to call for tec support. OOOOH WAIT, AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS THE OLD PHONE IS BLANKED, SD CARD TOSSED IN GARBAGE. If the instructions had said TRY THE NEW phone BEFORE you blank the old phone? (perhaps this will save others from having the same problem) oh snap that would of helped. 4 HOURS LATER. Sending me ANOTHER PHONE. This is unacceptable, I would like half or all of what I paid for this replacement $175.00. I will be into this another 4 hours before its over. I put a high value on my time (TRY TO BUY SOME EXTRA) refund and a phone that works would be a small gesture! Good luck out there.

Great experience and responded very quickly. I have been trying to get my daughter's bat replaced for a while and got the run around on how I was supposed to do it. I am glad I bought the extended warranty!

My phone was dropped and it got completely shattered and a green line showed up on my screen and every now and then everything under the green line would go black. I scheduled an appointment online to drop my phone off at an AT&T store and they fixed it the same day and it only took 2.5hrs

I have been getting messages sent to me by text on a daily basis that say i need to close apps n visit these different sights to be covered n that my payments for whatever reason are not going through.

Asurion sent a tech (Mr. Terren) out to fix my cracked screen, I love this way of doing service. I was able to keep my same phone, not have to send it in and wait for a new one, I was able to have it fixed from my home and I was provided an appointment the next day and on. I chose my day and timeframe, the technician called and stated he would be able to come earlier if that worked for me but I'd not he would come at the time specified. This worked out even better for me, he came out early and was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my screen in no time and my phone look brand new. Great, expedient, professional and above all exceptional service from filing the claim to the technician coming out to repair my phone.

My laptop died and i didnt know what to do. Then i remembered i had bought insurance for it. MariClare was very friendly and helpful. I had never filed a claim before and she made it very easy. Didnt take long at all.

Had a issue occurred the day after getting my phone, my iMessages were not sending through, and it would not connect, luckily I was sent a link to chat with a online representative, which helped me through the process very easily inconvenient to get it solved right away

It was hard to file a claim without customer service help though. The site kept reloading to the previous page when trying to get the verification code.
