Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Such a great excellent experience with Asurion due to seamless process of submitting my claims and the scheduling of repair and the way my phone was fast and quick to be fix up. Very happy throughout the process. Keep up the great customer service which deserve to be recognized.

The old way required so much and paperwork. This way was so seamless and took literally 5 mins. And in a day and a half my son go his replacement device. 5 stars all the way!
It's well worth it, ASURION easy to work with, easier than having to go through manufacturer, that odds are gonna say it's needs to be sent to them at your cost for inspection to only find that you had too have done something to it that voided your manufacturer warranty and if you want it back you get to pay for shipping back to you, because manufacturer only pay return shipping when it's their fault, so do the math,$10.00 ASURION (2 YEAR WARRANTY ooorrr AT least $10.00 to ship it to manufacturer on a maybe or maybe not some how it's your fault, and if you want it back that's at least another $10.00 and you might get it back right before OR right after **** freezes over!
Although I was running late the Asurion associate assured me it was okay. She was more than courteous and answered all of my questions and even took the time to give me some pointers on our new device.

Needed battery replacement for my phone so I submitted a request for service. I received a choice of open dates and selected date that worked for me. Repairman called to advise arrival time, and he had my phone checked and battery installed within a half hour.
I buy a item at amazon and buy a 4 years protection plan, last week my item fail to work any more and I contact Asurion and they took care of my claim with out any excuses and everything was taking care super fast. Thank you very much.
I was the first customer of the day and the expert provided extraordinary customer service. In addition to the issue, the expert cleaned my phone. To prevent the issue from occurring again, I purchased a product and the expert graciously applied it to my phone. In sum, my phone was repaired in less than an hour and it looks brand new. Well Done!
Difficult to understand agent and had to asked him to repeat everything several times. Very hard to select a repair location. He kept trying to assign me to a location tgat I told him was too far for me. The repair technician s were not friendly or professional in my opinion. When they called back to confirm appointment they gave me a 2 hour wait time. When I arrived they gave me 3 hours and I was the very 1st customer. They need to be better with their customer service skills.

Company uses a "no reply" email address to contact customers and offers no avenue for discussion.
Emails are rude and accusatory in nature.
They asked me to follow a process to return an item to them. The process was followed accurately and I received proof of postage from Aus Post. At that point Asurion were also notified that the item was in transit and their computer system was updated to reflect this. The item was delivered on 20th February. On 22nd Feb Asurion sent email accusing me of not having sent the item and threatening to charge me $60 if I did not hand over the item in 24hours I found an email address for Asurion through web search and sent them a response including proof of postage. I got no response and 24 hours later was charged $60. At this point I managed to find a link (which seems to work randomly and intermittently) and asked why I have been charged. I am awaiting a response.

This was such a fast and easy experience for my phone screen to be fixed. I thought it would take forever such as normal phone fixing places but this place had me in and out with quality service.

The technical service provided by Verizon was great. They were able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner.
The online application is a plus for the most part and the only thing that is not a good thing is that you are not going through a face to face interaction with anyone. I'm a little old fashioned and still like to interact with real people. I would give your process a 4.8 out of 5.

My claim was submitted on a Sunday and as the lines opened on Monday, I talked to Cynthia and she answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to help while reassuring me the entire time. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and positivity!
My screen was cracked and not responding to touches the way it should. I submitted my insurance claim one day and got the shipping materials in the mail the next day! I was given a time frame of 3 to 7 business days and the company kept their word! Got my phone back 6 days after I sent it out, that's including the weekend! Very happy with my devices condition upon return as well, just like new!
