“Easy walk-through w/ AT&T store help”

Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

Been having troubles with my robo vacuum and finally it bit the dust and called it a day. Luckily I spent the money to get the 3 year warranty plan and 2 years to the day almost I had to call it in. The service rep was easily the best I have ever had to deal with. Polite, professional and prompt they got the issue resolved fast. I spent $550 on the robo vacuum and about $70 for the warranty and it was definitely worth it considering how much I use the thing with my husky malamute and mini Aussie constantly shedding or bringing in dirt.

The Amazon agent could have easily helped me the way Ricky did and they didn't I'm glad I was helped by him

I bought a gaming chair and the offered warranty through asurion and boy was I glad I did. I did not realize I needed to register it online and save my receipt online a year ago when I bought it, it was absolutely no problem. I just sent a photo of my receipt (which was missing the barcode) and a representative finished my registration. I may have even been able to continue to do it on my own, but I needed the barcode to move forward in that process. Now, she has put my claim through to the claims team and they will be taking care of me from there.

Trixianne did a great job being patient with an elderly like me. She walked me through the data transfer for my new phone and made me feel comfortable. My data transfer was going to take hours so we mutually agreed to leave both phones on and complete the transfer in the morning, if I needed more help. The people at the store in Kilgore Texas told me they could not reset my pin number. I had to go to the corporate office in Longview Texas and show them my drivers license and when I went, they said they couldn't help me because they had to send me a link to my phone in order to help me and I had lost my phone so I just took a chance to chat online and Lorlyn was who I got and she was very nice and helpful very patient and answered every question and solved my problem.
