Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I reached out after I discovered there was an error in the phone version when i received my confirmation email. I immediately reached out to the Chat team. My first attempt timed out, but the second time I was connected with Sarah. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I give her 5 stars! My Samsung Flip4 phone is just over a year old. The screen started turning black and I lost function in the top area. This phone was in great condition, no cracks and it had not been dropped. I took it to my local AT&T store to see what could be done. They said it was obviously a warranty issue. They contacted Asurion and we spoke with them on speakerphone. After at least 8 times getting "redirected", I was told it would be an insurance issue and woul cost $225 to fix it! Why would I want to fix a defective product? Asurion is not worth the money we pay each month for insurance!

I have a Samsung flip4 with Asurion insurance. The screen protector has come loose at the crease. I was told that I would have to go to ubreakifix an hour away to get this fixed. Also, that if I had any screen issues if I put a new screen protector on myself. Asurion would not pay for any screen damage. Why pay $45 a month for insurance that aggravates you? What an inconvenience!

This company clearly does a great job of managing their marketing and social media reputation and reviews. The 4+/5 scores you see when Googling appear to be both believable and trustable. Great job Asurion! You should reward your marketing people a reward for polishing turds with exceptional talent.

The actual service is as close as you can get to open fraud and deception without crossing the line. I recently had a screen cracked iPad "repaired" with non-Apple parts after they "lost" the iPad which thankfully I could identify in the store because of a unique engraved message on the back.
When you cancel the service be prepared to spend a crazy amount of time shouting at their poor call center people and then spend months reversing their subsequent fraudulent transactions with your credit card company.

I purchased a HomesLabs 4,500 Sq.Ft. Dehumidifier on 02/18/22 from Amazon. I rarely buy additional warranty protection on items but I did so on this transaction because the manufacturer's warranty was just for one year. I also purchased the Asurion 4Year Protection Plan. After 18 months the dehumidifier stopped collecting water. I contacted Acurion two years after the original purchase date. Within 15 minutes of chat typing (I am a poor hunt & peck typer) and just a few questions I was approved. My claim request was processed by Marygold, a great person. I will receive a Amazon Gift Card in the amount of my original purchase. I am to keep the defective unit. No shipping etc required on my part.
I will now always consider a Asurion Protection Plan when buying a higher priced item.

The rep on the phone explained everything to me, it was such a quick and easy process. My phone screen got cracked on a Sunday evening, I was on the phone and scheduled for the technician to come out and repair Monday morning between 9-11 AM. They send you instructions on what to do before the technician gets to you, and it was very simple. The technician calls with their eta before they head your way, he showed up asked a couple of questions, took my phone and the repair was done in 20-30 minutes. For a busy mom of two it was so nice to be able to have it repaired without leaving my house. & there is a 12 month warranty on my screen incase anything happens. I would prefer to have my phone fixed this way instead of having to drop my phone off at a store for a couple of hours!

This company has been dragging me along for weeks and they're so inconvenient and their service technician just doesn't show up for their appointment. Then I called back to reschedule the appointment that they didn't show up for and they don't have any technicians in my area all of a sudden? Nor do they have any technicians in any of my surrounding cities. They didn't offer to do anything for me and left me so upset I think having this insurance is a rip off and I highly suggest not getting it in with your cellular plan. Horrible..

My husband and I just moved into our new home and my screen cracked after dropping it the first day. My technician, Tucker was scheduled to arrive between 3 and 5pm. He called me and asked if it would be ok if he came early. Even if that didn't work for me, the fact that he called to confirm made me feel like he actually gave a damn about me and my time. He greeted me, and my two crazy standard poodles at my front door, helped me finish my pre-repair security requirements, and had my phone back to me in what had to be less than twenty minutes. They came to fix our washer and it worked great. Tech said you have high end appliances you really need a warrant contract. I told him we just spent $9,000.00 on a replacement refrigerator from Viking and he said doesn't matter how old they are Asurion will take care of them just call us and we will send a tech right out. Found out even though our Viking stove was 22 years old and looked new they walked away after paying them for over a year. Crooks.
