Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Sent my S21 Ultra in for screen repair. They have no idea where my phone is, they haven't shipped it yet. They lost it at their warehouse. It's been 2 weeks. Use any other insurance you can. Stay away from Asurion. They also tried to charge me $250 on "accident" instead of the quoted $29.

I was so upset my speakers gave out in my show truck- i was very nervous about trying to submit a claim and it was soooooo easy - i got a refund and shipping labels to return the product - TYYYYYY
AT&T's was very helpful and guided me through the form that needed to be filled out. The form was easy to fill out. The replacement phone from Asurion arrive within 24 hours. It was packaged well and everything that was promised was delivered in the box. I appreciated that I was given a contact number to set up my phone. AT&T was also happy to assist with this in the store. I was informed by Asurion that I would upgrade from an iPhone 11 to a 13. I agreed to that and am pleased with the upgrade. My experience was flawless. Thank you!
The experience i had in the representative in asurion is really knowledgable of her craft. She explained everything and we're able to solve the problem.
They gave me a broken phone then pretended like it wasn't broken. But I still have my old phone and can prove the new one is damaged, then they acted like I did it somehow, yet the damage is under the glass screen, hmmmm. They refused to take accountability, sent to service rep to service rep. Absolutely disgusting service and wish I never spent my money, never again just save your cash and stop dropping your phones.

My granddaughter's phone was stolen fromm
Her job and she was so disheartened that she cried and was afraid to tell me. I filed a claim Sunday evening and by Tuesday evening her replacement phone was delivered and she was elated. I was truly surprised at how quickly the replacement phone was sent out and received. It was very easy to set up her replacement phone with the help of an AT&T technician.

My phone was all messed up! It would not shut off; I could not get to any of my apps. And it was flickering. The tech showed up, I showed him what it was doing, and said he would take out to his van and fix it. 20 minutes later he came back in and said he change the screen, and it works fine. He also went ahead and changed the battery while he had it apart. Fantastic experience!
It was difficult getting the claim started because we had several phones on our account but once we had that started, placing the appointment for repair was easy. The service tech came to us and took care of the issue and I didn't have to miss any work. That was awesome!
I tried to cancel my policy through the chat feature. I was referred to a toll free number. I had to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes and when I asked to cancel, I had to spend another 5 minutes listening to why I needed this policy. Then I had to spend another 5 minutes telling her I didn't want or need the policy. She said she cancelled the policy only to find out, it hasn't been cancelled. PLEASE CANCEL MY HOME POLICY!

Fast. Easy. Simple. Give the guy a raise, don't worry about the temp screen protector. If a manager is reading this this guy is good explained everything and made it super simple. Fast explanation and what to expect. Easy to drop and schedule my claim he even explained that the screen protector was temp which is funny cause I know somebody probably had to think that was permanent.
I bought a phone from Verizon. Having problems with it. Took it back twice. No help. Got Asurion...the rep went above and beyond to make sure we resolved the problem.

The gentleman who handled my case complaint, did a prompt curious job. Plus he sold me on another insurance policy to cover my household electronics at a fair price.

Submitted a claim over two months ago and recently heard that the device i wanted to replace was ready to be shipped and all that was required was to confirm my identity but after confirming it was me their website error messaged and now it says the device is on back order again. This would be fine except all of the asurion customer support is automated and whenever I get to a rep either through my cell provider or through their number it is always followed by a redirect and almost an hour wait while im mislead by robo assistants who pop up from time to time. Honestly Im ready to just buy a new phone at this point instead of deal with their ineptitude and total disregard for person to person customer service.
