Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I was a little upset when I was told some issues about my phone were not met, but the customer service was amazing, I was beyond impressed with how they handled my situation, not only did they make it worth me calling, but also I was able to get my phone writhing the same week. I will definitely recommend this insurance. Be mindful that sometimes you may need to call them up, but it's worth the time. Definitely keeping my insurance services with them.

My battery was not holding a charge so I used the service to have the phone replaced. The new unit came the next day with clear instructions to back up the old phone and transfer data and service to the new one.
I paid for insurance through Verizon wireless for one and a half years. My phone breaks, I use my "insurance " through asurion and I get a junk phone. That needed a hard reset to turn on right away. Literally the minute I opened it. Within an hour of getting the phone on finally, it crashes. And crashes.
I have to reset this phone 10 times a day.
My daughter's first steps, yep missed them. Cute giggles, yep missed those to.
Sons first touchdown, YEP MISSED THAT TOO.
I've contacted asurion, Verizon. Both companies.
They will give 10,000 excuses to why I am not getting a new phone.
I should have stuck with pre-paid.
DO NOT TRUST ASURION. THEY ARE NOT AN HONORABLE COMPANY.

Jonas and Adam were the two young men that helped me. They are very knowledgeable in their field. They fixed my laptop and my two cell phones very fast and efficient. While I hope I may not need them anytime soon, it's good to know they're available when I need them. I definitely recommend Asurion for service.
Typically you have to wait a long time to get someone to respond. Not here! Tia was not only fast at responding, she was also super friendly. Gotta love that when dealing with technology!
Allan, the person who repaired my broken screen, was kind and informative. He had my phone fixed and ready to go in well under an hour. A young lady named Ash helped me in my purchase of a new screen protector. She happily applied the cover for me and she did a perfect job.
My husband and I are extremely happy with our visit and will choose this store for future repairs or purchases.
So I purchased my S23 Ultra less then a month ago. My phone slipped out of my hand while texting and hit my desk just perfect to Crack the screen. Placing a claim with Asurion was so easy. I was able to get my screen fixed by just dropping it off at a local store and withing 2 hours my phone was like new again.
Matthew and Edward save the most important data on my laptop and they saved my phone! They are the best!
Whenever I am having a problem with my phone, I always get help from Tech Coach. If one thing doesn't work, they will try other ways until it does. I have never been disappointed
I am shocked at how quick and easy this entire process was! I had a completely cracked screen as well as cracked camera lens. I made an appointment and a wonderful tech showed up at my house the next morning. Ten minutes later my phone looked brand new. I had a problem with a PC I purchased about 8 months ago and I filed the claim and was approved all in less than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied and will definitely use Asurion in the future.
Great customer service got the job done quick and efficient
All I did was buy the warranty plan and ASURION took care of it in a matter of minutes I will order warranty plans from here on out. That's how good they are not a problem one that I have they took care of everything box included UPS, included. I mean they took care of everything. I'm glad to have gotten this warranty through Amazon and ASURION.

I took my mom's phone to get the screen replaced. Gave was the one that helped me. He was very polite, helpful, timely, and professional. I was lucky to have the phone fixed in the same day, within the time frame that he gave me. He made it look like a new phone again.

I bring my phones here to get repaired. They do a fabulous job. Their customer service is great. They explain the situation and the wait time was acceptable. My iPhone XR screen at a black line going through it not sure why I was more concerned about not being able to replace the screen protector since I'm having a hard time finding it for that model phone, but they had that and a few other accessories did I purchased my phone is fixed I waited for it the guy there are so friendly and very helpful
I filed my claim for my destroyed cell phone online with Asurion online. It was super quick and easy and within 2 days I had a new cell phone.
I was over an hour late for my appointment and your awesome associate STILL had my S23 ULTRA shattered screen replaced and back to me in less than 45 minutes. Completely painless experience. Highly recommended for anyone with a new phone or tablet.
