Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The representative was very effective and efficient with processing my claim and took great pride in providing me with friendly customer service.
We was with family and she sat her phone down for two seconds and it was knocked over very hard.AT&T told us to reach out to Asurion.Everything was very easy,We chose the store closest to us.And they was extremely nice and helpful.They even gave her better tips to keep her phone safer.Service was very fast as well😊

I tried filing my first claim on a tv. I provided all the photo and information no less than 4...make that 6 times now! Each time I ended up with "something went wrong, please try again." Never was able to submit the claim. Waste of money!
The tech came to my house and replaced my cracked screen on my galaxy s 23 ultra and just a matter of minutes he was done I was very pleased with the time frame it took him to get done. I highly recommend asurion for ur insurance on ur mobile devices.
Off shore call center sucks! Repair techs have been out several times. The first one diagnosed it correctly on 7/29/22 upper Freon leak deemed un repairable. Buy back was denied because he didn't follow new protocol. We have had several techs here 3 compressors and a dryer. Fridge is still not cooling. 60 days still no working fridge. Looking for a class action lawsuit lawyer now. All I want is my money back for appliance insurance I paid for.
This is a horrible insurance company. They just make up their own facts and deny any claim it appears. There is no point in paying a premium for no coverage. I fought them over two denied claims but at least I got my premiums back. What a waste of time dealing with these guys.

They were very helpful explaining everything. The family and I were leaving town when I called and they even tried schedule an appointment near where we were staying. Never thought that was even possible.
Everything was so easy until this pop-up screen appeared asking for a review and covered all of the information I needed. There was no option to refuse or close it. Hopefully, after I submit this, I'll be able to continue with my claim process, uninterrupted by annoying pop-up screens.

Can not cancel via website or chat & no one answers the phone so you can cancel. Waited an hour each call 2 separate #'s I was provided. Tried calling 6 times now with same results, stuck in que when I call.

I don't know if this is same location and department who were in charge of performing service for me but I have to tell this about Asurion. We had a leak problem with our dishwasher. It was dripping, just few drops during a cycle. The guy who came did something to it and said it should be good. No it leaks like huge, so we can't use it. We had to create another claim with the manufacturer and they sent us to Asurion again. They made an appointment but no one showed up and didn't even call! Bad service, unprofessional technicians, disrespectful attitude. We have to use them because it's the manufacturer's choice. If I ever have to choose, I'll never deal with Asurion.
The service I received Was Top Notch. And Receiving my replacement device was fast. And I received an updated model. Was really expecting to get a like for like. Well worth paying for the insurance protection
I cracked my screen 4 days ago and asurion has not yet fixed it. The are only 2 places within 100 mile range and either they close at 5 or you have to be in by 5. For those who work normal hrs are out of luck. I guess you have to be unemployed to get your phone fixed. Can someone please recommend a better service?

I've been paying protection premiums every month since buying my phone from Verizon. 1 bad scratch later and I filed a claim. I received an email titled "Let's get your device repaired!" informing me that Asurion would be sending me prepaid shipping materials "overnight". Nothing ever arrived.
I called Asurion and talked to a nice service rep who promised to send me the shipping materials. I confirmed Asurion had the correct address. Nothing ever arrived except another "Let's get your device repaired!" email promising prepaid shipping materials.
I repeated the previous step 3 more times, spending several hours on the phone and a month waiting for mail.
Nothing ever arrived.
I offered to mail in my phone on my own expense but customer service refused this, claiming they'd send me supplies. None ever arrived.
On reading reviews I see other people have experienced the same lack of service (or outright scam?)

Apparently they do not teach their drivers how to use Google Maps because they said the driver came by and could not find my clearly labeled address. Then after calling the next day they are saying that the phone that they were supposed to bring by last night has magically disappeared and that they cannot get my replacement to me until Wednesday, 5 days after it was supposed to come in. Only use this company if you enjoy sitting on hold with sales assistants who do not know what they're talking about for 5 days straight.

After a battery replacement in one their repair shop my device started to fail turning on and off every 3 minutes.
I called to Asurion and the rep immediately understood my frustration sending me a new replacement on the next day after filling in the proper documentation.
One tech guy went to my workplace to deliver the new device and stay to help me out to activate my new device and explain how to transfer the data.
Excellent service, no waste of time and resolve immediately.
Wesley got here at a great time, had my phone fixed earlier than expected, & had a lovely conversation. Overall 10/10 service & Wesley is excellent.

They were very professional and quick to get my issues resolved.

Do not waste your money. You can pay multiple months of payments and if you accidentally fill something out wrong in a claim, and it gets denied, they tell you "there is no way to override it". Even if you submit again. There clearly is a way to fix problems with claim forms if you have ever worked with any other insurance company that takes customers seriously. It is just a way for them to get around having to actually help. Just buy a new electronic and save yourself the headache, it'll be less money and less time on the phone in the long run. It's also one of those companies that you need to call to cancel and they make it a huge hassle.

My experience with AT&T has been really good. When I have a problem they are there to help they make things real easy to understand and they treat you like family with respect and very happy to be a service. I would recommend AT&T to anybody that would ask.
I've used Asurion quite a few times, never had a problem. Then they sent a replacement phone that doesn't work. When calling to see what could be done, they told me I would have to purchase a new because it was damaged... really?

Have had AT&T & asurion insurance on my son's iPhone since purchased and always have been in a case and had a screen protector. He dropped his iPhone 11 pro and the screen cracked. I just want the screen repaired. Asurion wants to replace the phone which is going to cost 250.00 instead of repairing it for $49 like they advertise. They said there is no one they are partners with that are near Louisville KY to fix the screen.
Why do I pay insurance? I was on hold with them over an hour and then they pretended to not hear me so then they hung up. What a waste of money on this company.
