Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The Asurion rep kept in contact with me while in route and called when he arrived. There was a few small questions and he got to work immediately setting up my new phone. Easiest transaction Ive ever done. Thank you
Having this coverage on my account for all devices has brought peace to mind, the moment that it was needed for one of my devices to be repair /replace the asurion team did not disappointed and were very helpful and polite best experience I have had with an insurance carrier.

Spoke with Shaquan, (hope I spelled his name right) and he was beyond helpful. I'm not tech savvy at all and he was patient and very personable. It was nice talking to a stateside person. There were no awkward delays in conversation. It was like I was talking to a friend who was helping me fix my watch. Walked me through all the steps, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable of my device setup.
Don't know how to even begin to sing his praise. Y'all got a good one in him.

This was my first time using Asurion. The gentleman that check me in was very informative and polite. It took a little less than an hour to replace my broken screen. It is located conveniently near shopping and dining options to pass time while your phone is being repaired. Highly recommend!
My wife accidentally left her iPad or it was stolen on a JetBlue flight from Florida to Austin. Filled out a lost iPad report. Nothing came of it. I contacted the insurance and had an iPad the next day. Could've been easier smoother 100% happy.
So i got my z flip 4 replaced back in august, they sent me a refurbished phone with half the battery life of a new one, send that back for a new phone, 2 months later the new phone takes a $#*! on me and shuts down fully whenever i close the lid. Now ive been on hold for over 15 $#*!ing minutes after doing their bs troubleshooting, no one wants to help me with my phone unless i can call them from another phone and sit another 15 minutes on hold to get nowhere.

My phone had fallen apart. I went into an AT&T store to help with paperwork because they are fantastic at it. Took less than 10 minutes and my claim was accepted and replacement arrived 2 days later. Easy to return.

Asurion has told us on 3 occasions they where coming out to replace the screen on a phone. After taking off of work, no one ever showed. I have had to call the 15 times.
All they say is we understand.
We have paid insurance through Verizon for over 13yrs. This is not good customer service.

The technician communicated his time of arrival and still adhered to the scheduled time slot. With me being out of state I am happy to be able to have my daughter's phone fixed with ease and minimal effort on my part.
Company is fast and responsive and super polite. But having issue getting claim on item resolved after 3 round with attempted repair. At this point need refund because I have to replace the substantially broken item either way.
I honestly don't think ive ever spent money better than on a protection plan for my laptop through this company. Every problem is solved quickly and beyond expectation, with few questions asked. I love these guys and will absolutely be protecting any future purchases through Asurion!

Great support. Accidentally broke my phone. Went to local AT&T store Thursday evening late and started a claim. Replacement device shipped yesterday. New device already here on Saturday. Than k you for the extremely fast service.
Bought this self balancing hover board and it broke within a year, manufacturer would not answer the call and Asurion run me in cycles. What a waste of money I am never using them again. Looks like collusion to defraud, very disappointed

Lost my phone having Apple care. Asurion took 11 days just to confirm it's been shipped. Still no tracking number. Had to call five times to ask for status and move insurance request forward … because that email to click "ok" and get replacement phone delivered … never received. Frustrating. Slow. Bad service. All words but no action. Awful really. With a bit of luck I'll have my replacement phone two weeks from reporting it lost. And that's if I'm lucky!

I can't even begin to list how many ways this company is terrible. Just avoid them at all costs if you can. This company should really be shut down by the Better Business Bureau because they are truly one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my life.
I had this service through Verizon. When we finally needed it they were absolutely useless. Just save your money and if whatever you have fails, buy a new one, or go somewhere that you can get service. These people WILL NOT help you with anything.

This particular Phone insurance is a joke! It's all false advertisements. I actually can't believe they still are telling the same lies. Short version. 3 months to get my replacement phone, rude customer service, told different excuses when I called, and finally took me emailing ceo of samsung to get some action. Pretty pathetic company!
I have had to file multiple claims with Asurion and each time it has gotten easier. Filing the claim was smooth and seamless. Returning my damaged product was simple as they provide a return envelope. So easy!
I filed a claim in July after having the service for a couple of months for a TV that would no longer turn on. I was told in November after jumping through so many hoops that because the TV would not turn on, there is no way to know if the damage is covered by the service. My claim was denied for something I told several representatives about months ago. Stay away from this horrible company.
