Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My son bought an extended warranty for his Razor bike through Asurion. When the bike stopped working well, we reached out to Asurion and they asked us to mail the bike (it's huge!) but at their cost. We finally found a box large enough and mailed it off. That was over two months ago and despite calling multiple times each week and being assured that someone would call us back with an explanation about where the bike is, we have no idea what is going on. Each time they tell us the bike is somewhere else and we call that place and nobody knows about the bike. There are conflicting stories every other day and we have no idea if we will ever see the bike again. Sitting on hold only to be told that nobody knows anything but someone will call me back, which they never do, has been incredibly frustrating. Meanwhile, we have no bike.
Never received my phone. Deliver lied about contacting us. No phone messages etc. we were waiting outside and none showed up. I had to wait till the next day to reschedule and then there was magically no phone to be delivered. The following the corporate ATT store said that the order had been cancelled and ordered another phone in store. This took place on Friday. The following Tuesday I got a call from Asurion that a phone was ready and I could schedule for it to be delivered. No thanks, I never returned the call. However they went ahead and scheduled for delivery and set up on there on even though the order I had been told was canceled. I responded to the text on Thursday morning that I am not available. No response I'm assuming it must be automated. Now been on hold for 38 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I have been dealing with this issue since last week. Took off work, been in store 3x, spend too much time on the phone and still dealing with this mess. Over 5 hours and lose wages over this phone because of Asurion home delivery service. Do not use this service. I'm still on hold. I better not be charged and I know I will not be compensated for time, the energy, and stress this has caused me but I sure hope I can save everyone else from choosing this service.

Don't use Asurion mobile home delivery. Customer service isn't helpful.

I had a claim for a TV repair and they scheduled a date and 4-hour window to send a repair technician. This particular company was called Superior Electronics fyi. Never showed, never called. Wasted my whole day waiting around. I ended up calling and getting the runaround so I just cut my losses and let the profanity fly. People wonder why all this violent craziness is going on in the world. Quit trying to rip honest people off hiding behind electronics.

My customer service contact on the phone was professional & helpful and sent me email connection to a local store for repair where my phone was repaired by replacing the battery within an hour upon arrival. 100% satisfied.

The Unit serves me quite well. I wash towels weekly for my home the towels are heavy and require long drying time This unit gets the job done. The problem I experienced was with noise/ shaking. Technician Ryan came out very polite knowledgeable of his trade. Very supportive of the LG products.

The whole experience was horrible and very tedious. A claim process that was supposed to take 24 hrs (as advertised) took four days because people answering the phone did not provide the correct information. I had to talk to five people before my claim was finished. When I called to unsubscribe from "My home protection" plan the other person on the phone was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude and kept putting me on hold when I was answering his questions. The unprepared and unprofessional staff members made me never want to have any type of business with this company.

Ask a lot of questions, not just agree to their terms and conditions.

The technician, Alex, was a true professional. He checked everything associated with the issue! Unlike other services that could not fix the problem, he did it in a matter of minutes! We will use Asurion from now on!
The first time the compressor was replaced it only lasted one year. This time an actual LG repairman came and installed the second compressor and told me exactly what was done wrong. The fridge is only four years old. Hopefully, it is fixed properly now. Time will tell but I feel confident, Ted, knew what he was doing. He cleaned up everything, used a mat to rest the fridge on, put down a drop clothe. It was a much better experience this time. I would recommend you not substitute repair companies.
I was scheduled for same day delivery. Which seemed great. No one showed up or called. I called and after a 35 minute phone call I got no where. They'll UPS it to me the next day.
I pay $45 per month for replacement plan for a few devises. READ. The fine print. My phone is a little over two years old. I could purchase my phone from apple for $260. On top of the monthly fee, there's a $200 deductible. So what good is it? The same day replacement turns into three.

I'm so glad I did. Communication was excellent. David our technician communicated well and was on time and professional. Washing machine pump went bad due to 1, yes 1 penny that had floated over the drum. Thank you Home Depot for using Asurion. I bought it on line, everything I needed was there in the app to activate the warranty.

I have and love my phone insurance. I feel protected when unexpected things happen like you drop and shatter your phone screen or it stops working. It's easy to file a claim for repair or replacement whatever is needed. I totally recommend.
Matthew was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He went above and beyond in educating me about the care that my ice maker needs in order to function easily and not need to have any more service calls. He explained things and made it easy for me to understand since I am not educated in machines and working parts. I just purchased an Epson printer & needed help from them I was really sold on it from employee at Staples. For the past 3 days I've wasted at least 3 hours of time trying to get help. Don't waste your money & time. Pitiful they can stay in business.
