Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
The claim process and timeline is seamless. I love the next day shipping. There's no worry about how long you'll be without your device. I use my phone a lot for personal and work so I need my iPhone! I would recommend Asurion.
I just purchased an Epson printer & needed help from them I was really sold on it from employee at Staples. For the past 3 days I've wasted at least 3 hours of time trying to get help. Don't waste your money & time. Pitiful they can stay in business.
We purchased a protection plan through Amazon at the time we bought my son his mini-trampoline, and this week it broke. When I attempted to submit a claim I was told that trampolines were ineligible, but since we had been offered and paid for a plan, Asurion would honor it. Awesome! It's nice to see a company standing behind sales, even when they were in error and not even particularly their fault. Refreshing in this day and age!

Asurion is a con job. Their website doesn't let you cancel, you can call and cancel your policy but since they never send confirmation emails, or any kind of emails at all to remind you about your policy, they can just disregard you canceling your policy.
Additionally, the website and it's account management are an indictment unto themselves. You can't see what your billing history is, or what your payment info is, their chat feature won't even supply the last 4 digits of the card unless you're willing to go through all your credit cards one by one and then they'll confirm if that's the one they use. I was astonished that I was asked to do something like that when seeing my own account info, my information, that belongs to me, is not accessible unless you call. Unless your hobby is breaking electronics to see if insurance will cover the damage stay away from Asurion.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Had to get two phones replaces. Took two days, 10 phone calls and 4 hours of talking to Asurion customer service reps and being put on hold to finally get the phones shipped. Nine different people hung up on me. Most of the reps barely speak English and get flustered whenever they have to go off their script. They get ignorant, just hang up or transfer you back to the At&t. This company is basically a scam. Hope if you have to deal with Asurion you can get it done online and don't have to call they customer service or you will be extremely frustrated and waste hours if in days worth of your time. Terrible experience.
I cracked my phone screen at midnight and was able to get a mobile repair appointment for 1-3PM. They came to my work and finished in about 5 minutes. This process couldn't have been any easier. I'm so grateful for this service.
This is the third time of having to use our insurance for damages on our families devices. This time on my own note 9 which seems to be way out dated and old now but they had the screen for the repair, which I'm very pleased because I like my phone and do not want to upgrade now. The service tech call to meet at an earlier time which worked out perfectly, knew what he was doing and was very professional. I hope not to have to use them again dur to tearing up our stuff but feel confident if and when we do that we will be in good hands!
Been dealing with this company for over a month trying to get them to replace our unit after sending a repair company out 4 times to fix (not repairable). They say they are going to call us back the next day to schedule to replace our unit - no one ever calls! This has happened 4 or 5 times now. Save your time and money. Opt out of their CRAP warranty and choose another company to insure your product. This company will NOT do what they say they will do. Will never purchase a warranty from this company EVER again. Big mistake.

Complete scam. Claim denied once- got online to find out why - talked with a guy who assured me it would be resolved only to have claim denied again two days later! Save your money. If I could give negative stars I would.
Verizon are always there whenever I need to contact someone with a problem. That in itself is great especially we all know the frustration of never being able to speak to someone on automated systems. Pretty happy with my service. I hope it stays that way...
The Tach was very professional and easy to talk to. My window was 5-7 pm he showed up about 5:15 and was fast and thorough.
Purchased a hot tub for therapy, mid 2018. Burnt out late 2018, as of feb 2021 still no response and finally a ' improper use' denial of replacement. Improper use from being plugged into the wall? Does t make sense. Dont trust these sickening pieces Of sh*t.

All in all great, worst was forgetting from past experience the sim tray number would be needed (also found in settings, easier to read), and that using the tray would require a light and magnification glass if an update is in progress. Otherwise process to get phone replaced is fairly simple, now waiting on update and try new phone/move items over, and send old back.
I was actually extremely impressed with how simple it was to file a claim online on Saturday late night and have my phone completely fixed by Sunday afternoon with $0 up front cost to me. Their claims process is self explanatory, quick and easy to use and made getting my phone repaired quite a happy experience.
I would not need this service if billy did not design his software systems to be non-geek useful.
To find an answer... one has to know the "exact question". I do not make my living ann pay taxes writing MS operating systems and only use it as a tool. Well... geeks would not understand this... and his creators show that arrogance.

I had 2 products break at the same time. I got full refunds for both of them so I could buy them again to replace them. The tech support was amazing and it didn't take more than 30 minutes to get my claims approved. Great work!
Insured my smartphone through Asurion (third party from Bell Mobility).
When the time came that I needed a replacement and quick, Bell did everything on their end to validate my insurance. However Asurion never heard of me, I had to register with them 4 days in a row.
Thankfully Bell Mobility was helpful.
Tip, if a product is offered insurance through asurion save your money.,
They told me that my deductible for an iphone x max was going to be 260$. It's at least 4 yrs old. I was paying insurance all that time.
Online the same phones are going for 200-210. The phone is not even brand new. It's refurbished

I went into the Bay City, MI Wilder Rd. Store and was met with very friendly service. Not only did the representative answer my question as to applying for help for a damaged phone, he also walked me through the process and made sure I was all set to go. He did not have to do this as it is a third party insurance program, but he was glad to do so! That is what keeps me loyal to AT&T! I've been with them for 15+ years with my iPhone and will continue! :)
The infamous broken phone screen. Claim was handled quickly. Took my phone in within a few hours. Within twenty-five minutes, the repair was complete. My phone looks brand new and works perfectly. Dealt with two different staff members and both were bubbly and friendly. We need more customer service like this! Well done!
Assurion is great for protecting your products that ultimately -we probably don't have the money to just replace outright. If we didn't have mobile device protect or home device protect and it really cost nothing compared to what it would take to replace a device, any random given moment. However, today their system decided to crash after being on hold for over two hours. I was put on mute for a moment for replacement paperwork to be submitted and five 10-20-30-40 minutes later the person never come back to the line and I'm still on hold even while typing this review. Jordan in mobil tech chat in the app informed me that they were having system issues and that that was probably why the guy was not able to connect back with me and gave me a number for Tier too so I am satisfied with that knowledge

Definitely enroll this is jus one minor inconvenience at random. Compared to not having them have your back when you need them due to some unforeseen out of the blue unexpected event of loss
