Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
The first Teo assigned texted as to his 2 hour window and also gave a phone number - when he didn't show and never answered texts or calls and a half hour later got an automated message that said I need to make another appt the next day - I was confused. The Teo that came out the next day was great! He was on time, professional and courteous and made my whole experience way better, that's why I left 5 stars - the rep gets the stars and Asurion got a new phone in my hands very quickly - set up was easy - rep handled it perfectly! Just wish there was a better communication method with the first one that didn't show
I spent over two hours trying to activate my brand new phone and in under 40 minutes the tech support had my phone up and running. The Techs were patient and understanding. I'd definitely recommend using this service, it'll save a ton of time in the long run.
Their business model is to make it near impossible to file a claim. You end up paying for many months just "waiting" to get it fixed. Many times I received "claim denied" even though it was specifically covered. While you're waiting, you're still paying. Its a deceitful model. Just buy a new product...
Two appliances broke said they were to busy to make 2 trips even though parts were in in 2 days total waste of time would never sign up for contract again. Customer service terrible and wasted 2 hours on phone dealing with them never buy Samsung again. Once he finally showed up problem was fixed never buy extended warranty again
I spent $24,000 on all new, top of the line, GE Kitchen appliances (Cafe), with all the bells and whistles.
They have great features and all Wifi, remote management, enabled.
But we've had minor issues that were quickly resolved through Asurion: after the manufacturer warranty expired.
The cost was insignificant compared to the service provided and cost of the appliance.

My sons iPhone XR had a defective lightning port and after updating to iOS 16, it stopped working. Asurion, Katrina and Lundgren worked with me to get a replacement for the defective device. My son has underlining health problems and needs his phone to stay in touch with his drs. Lundgren made this possible by sending him a replacement iPhone. This is his lifeline so it's very appreciated. Thank you Asurion for having great customer service employees like Katrina and Lundgren.
We have 5 devices in our house so I bought the Asurion insurance coverage about 10 years ago. I have used it 3 or 4 times over that period and each time it is so simple and so fast I am amazed. Today I filed a claim for my wife's iPad - the whole process took about 3 minutes and based on past experience we should have the replacement Tuesday. This is by far the best warranty coverage I have ever had.
Filing any insurance claim is usually complicated and time consuming. There always seems to be some additional information needed, multiple forms that are basically the same, or more time than is needed to file the claim and more yet to receive the item replacement,
None of this was the case. 5 minutes and boom, done. So glad. I appreciate that nothing made this process difficult or stressful. Thank you Asurion
On my survey I selected it was not easy to resolve my because my screen damage was so severe I could not unlock, turn off find my phone, or input my iCloud password. Tony was diligent in finding a way to complete my repair. He remained kind and informative the entire time! Thank you for service!
We had two big ticket items go out and they find loop holes to avoid paying claims. We don't know for sure what happened. I assumed a lightning strike but said don't really know. They denied claims due to an act of God. Don't make any assumptions. Just state they stopped working. Pay pay pay your insurance but let us figure out a way to deny your claim.
I was given an appointment time after visiting an AT&T facility near my home to have the Galaxy 8 Note repaired. The sales person directed me to the online site and eventually had to talk to a live person by phone to set up the appointment which was made the very next day. Eugene at the other location was there at the drop off, but I stayed as it was going to take 15 minutes to replace the screen. However, it took 15 minutes longer as the connections needed to be cleaned further as it still was not working properly. Eugene was very apologetic, but made it worth while to stay longer and took his time to make sure I walked out of there with a near new quality phone repaired correctly the first time. Thank you Eugene.
I accidentally dropped and rolled over my cellphone. It not only broke the protector screen but also the actual screen. I made an appointment with Asurion insurance through AT&T. They came to my home the very next day and fixed the cellphone to perfect condition. Easy request submission, fast response professional service.
I stopped in to a local Verizon store on a Thursday evening because my son dropped his Gizmo and the screen shattered. The clerk gave me detailed instructions on how to order a replacement; I went online that same night to do so, and the replacement arrived in less than 24 hours! By 1:00 the next afternoon. I have not yet set it up, though.
Very poor customer service that mostly reads off of legal scripts. They know their service is substantially sub-par to the manufacturer's free service, yet charge you $40 and send you to them anyway. I don't understand how this is legal. Don't ever buy protection policies from Staples, Amazon, or Best Buy.
From my first phone call all the way until the end of the process every person that I came in contact with was not only extremely knowledgeable but very kind and personable. The two associates that did the repair in my home were beyond a pleasure. I highly recommend this company!
We bought a refrigerator through Home Depot with the 5 year extended warranty through Asurion. Our refrigerator stopped cooling for the second time in three months. We've been without a refrigerator for 4 months and they've continuously given us the run around and refuse to send repair company or to replace our refrigerator or reimburse our cost. DO NOT waste your money buying anything with a repair plan through them. They DO NOT care about their customers.

I bought the Protection Plan for an e-bike. It's a long story with what happened with my e-bike, but 3 e-bikes later and 3 transfers of my Protection Plan to each replacement bike Asurion made it painless, simple and easy. Saving your receipt with them is the best. Those who helped me were very quick and kind.
I had a good experience with the Asurion Technician. He was knowledgeable, nice and professional. Asurion staff worked with the LG manufacturer for warranty information to help move my service along. That helped me a lot.
I always in the past feared getting a warranty and it expiring before use. Or not refunding or replacing my unit to its full capacity.
I 100% stand by the service as they do exactly what is needed to be met. I ordered products in 2018 and 2019. The warranty covered me all the way till now in full.

Asurion have my vote. My wall oven cooling fan stopped working the day before Thanksgiving, I had a large Turkey to prepare for out of town guest. I called my First Texas warranty company who referred me to Premier Appliance. A company who told me my warranty had expired after 1 year, and they gave me the run around. After researching I found Asurion! Customer service and experience was superb! My appointment was made the technician showed the next day, explained what he was doing. He explained how to use my wall oven, and what not to do to keep in working according to instructions.
My technician name was Chris, he was very professional and I could tell he had years of experience and top notch skills! Thank you Chris, we need more good technicians like Chris.

Called when my printer no longer maintained power. Reached a technician who tried to help. Didn't succeed. Asurion customer service person guided me to ship my printer off with label by UPS. Bought a new printer at Staples store. When I received full reimbursement, went back to store which refunded me for my purchase. Worked out well.
