Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I put in my claim. Got a time a tech was supposed to deliver and set up device. The tech called to reschedule the time, I agreed. Then never texted or called saying they were on their way. I waited the allotted time and called customer service where they told me that I received a call, text and email. I received nothing from them and they told me all they could do was ship the device. Obviously if I wanted it shipped and to wait 2 business days that's the option I would have clicked to begin with. Dishonest company with dishonest workers
Called when my printer no longer maintained power. Reached a technician who tried to help. Didn't succeed. Asurion customer service person guided me to ship my printer off with label by UPS. Bought a new printer at Staples store. When I received full reimbursement, went back to store which refunded me for my purchase. Worked out well.
Been without a replacement phone for 2 days - still no phone in site. Ridiculous level of non-service. Different excuses depending on who you speak with. Offered to pick up a phone at a store and was told that is not in policy. I have written to CEO of Verizon and President of consumer division.

Asurion protection Plan are scams, people should not have any thing to do with them.
Please don't waste your money on any insurance plan with them... because they are scammers, they would not deliver if their attention is needed. They will be giving you excuses.
I'm sure I could have done it myself because I'm on the younger side and great at computers and phones, but after my last phone gave me the "black screen of death" and broke while I was sleeping, I wanted to make sure I did everything right. Also wanted to make sure I could put my SIM from my dead phone into my new phone without issue. That being said, Ian my tech support dude, was great. There was no wait to speak to someone, he replied super fast with non stock phrases, and was super personable.I have absolutely 0 complaints about the whole process.

My daughter lost her phone in an car accident. We followed the steps online and had a new phone the next day! Had a little trouble getting the phone to activate called customer service and had the phone up and running in a few minutes. The customer service agent was very kind and help full.
This company has the worst customer ever... You never get a live person, just computers and robots... Very unhelpful, unreliable, poor customer service,... I can go on and on how horrible this company is, but I have better things to do with my time..
Kay was very polite when greeting us. She assured us that she would do everything possible to fix my phone. She was very detailed about sharing what process involved and every step of how she was checking the internals (ie battery, apps, etc.) She was patient with me and resourceful. She was able to trouble shoot more than one way to do things. I just loved her sincere, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and positive attitude!
Rude, stonewalling first tier of customer service on the phone. Their pattern is to deny coverage, even though you point out to them where in the contract it is specifically covered. Then, when you ask for a supervisor to help resolve, it takes 10 minutes for the transfer and the supervisor hangs up on you.

Be prepared to wait on hold for an hour and a half and then get hung up on

Paxton was very helpful and understanding with my issue. Although we could not get a final resolution this person went through many steps and was prompt on addressing my concern. They were like talking to a friend vs support. Way to be awesome Paxton!
I spoke to two different agents regarding an insurance claim with AT&T mobile service. One agent helped with a claim and the other provided technical support when receiving the replacement one (refurbished phone not new) Both were great! I took one star off for being misled by the AT&T sales rep about the insurance coverage. I think the deductible is ridiculous that it's the same price of my car deductible of $250 for a 1K phone. Also, don't expect to get much coverage if your warranty is over. Once the warranty is over you will be paying a deductible if insurance even cover your claim. Cracked screen is not covered. So by the time you pay your insurance monthly plus the deductible, you're pretty much paying for your 1K phone twice. Hopefully this help anyone who has been misled about getting insurance on your mobile phone to think twice.
We paid extra to buy a plan for our dishwasher and our major appliances from Home Depot. Every time we have an appliance that needs to be repaired the technicians that are sent out are either late, don't contact you or service times are changed without your knowing it. When you ask to have a different technician Asurion requires you to pay a fee. So basically you're stuck with bad service but pay an extra fee to have the protection. We will never purchased Asurion again!

The techs were professional and very easy going. The only complaint I have is unlocking my phone and leaving it with a bunch of strangers for several hours. It would be too easy for someone to browse through my pictures or documents.
I purchased an item and purchased product protection with Asurion. Just a few months after using my portable cooling system it stopped working. I contacted Asurion and proceeded to file a claim. Through their "chat" assistant they were able to resolve my issue with only a few questions. I am getting a full refund and will be able to purchase the same item or something else if I prefer. It was certainly an easy process and I will use Asurion protection plans again. I give it a 5 Star rating!
I've been paying for service on 3 devices for almost 2 years and because it has been more than 2 months that one of my devices has been broken, they will not honor the claim. Mind you the deductible is $150 a what rip-off. This was not explained at the time I started the service, but yet they are gladly taking my money. Word to do not give them your money. Do not get the insurance.

Everything went smoothly. Very professional. A bit disappointed that our size tv in the brand was no longer being sold so we had to pay extra for another tv. Refunded the price and taxes of the original tv we bought.
There is no way to reach anyone and each keystroke entry on the computer results in a new screen asking me to click on the two die that total seven. An amazing gimmick-no resolution... they are total bandits and unfit.
Asurion replaced my broken phone with one that was broken. Then it took over a week and a dozen phone calls to get a new phone shipped (still not received). I would AVOID this waste of money in the future.

My daughter called me to let me know someone stole her phone. I filed a claim, which was super easy. The claim was processed and shipped immediately. We received her new phone less than 24 hours later. Great customer service!
Horrible! They just replace your phone with another junkie broken phone. On my third phone I just gave up and adapted. Then when the current one of became even worse they said I'd have to pay another deductible. Stay away!
