Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

My iphone screen was cracked and the providers at Asurion on University Way were great to work with. They reached out ahead of time to help me make my appointment and they fixed the screen in about an hour. They were very friendly and the whole experience was quite easy. I'd definitely use them again.

This is my second time having to file a claim with Asurion (yes, I am very clumsy). Both times were seamless. Their insurance is worth every penny. I had to chat with a rep online to set up my phone this time as I did not get a new SIM card. The representative, Vanessa, was extremely friendly and informative. I could not be more pleased Asurion.

I was booked at an ATT store for a screen replacement covered under insurance. The tech at the store, Ricardo called me and advised me he could help me sooner if I was able. I showed up at the store and he resolved the issue within an hour and a half. He anticipated my needs by asking if the phone was having any issues. I advised him the charging port could be worn out and the cable was having issues staying connected. He advised me the ports get build up inside and he would clean it up for me. Besides changing the screen, he cleaned up the charging port and now it works like new. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Made a claim Sunday(4/23/23). Wednesday they stated the replacement phone was returned to sender. I have been calling them for a week straight. It is now the following week(5/1/23) and still nothing. Just got off the phone with Asurion(my 5th time calling this week) and I am still in limbo waiting for a response. AND it is still possible they find an issue and cannot send it. Their website is not formatted well to give us any useful info to process our claim. Most employees working there are useless and cannot help. THey just talk on the phone with you to try and calm you down. We will see how it goes...Hopefully I get a replacement soon in the future. This will be my last time with ASURION once I get my replacement in my hands.

I've never needed to use insurance on a purchase until now. The customer service team was helpful getting the claim going. I'm disappointed they did not have UPS come the next day, as promised, to pickup my claim. I also had to reach out to Asurion on their chat to know the tracking number. After calling UPS myself I found out it should get picked up today, 2 days after I filed the claim. It would have been nice if Asurion sent me the tracking number when it was generated.

When phone got lost ( wife drove off with it on bumper) we searched the main road and also some of highway for it. Due to not being able to locate it through find my phone or seeing it anywhere, she started process of replacing it. When she was able to get a new phone to me the next day and have it delivered I was shocked. The technician was great and knowledgeable and friendly. It took all but 20/30 minutes from him getting here to phone being done.

Dealing with this company for claims used to be a nightmare. I stopped carrying insurance because it but now it has totally changed. I was so surprised at how easy it was to file a claim and to get my phone fixed. They come to your location and it only took about 20 minutes. They should've done this a long time ago. And it's totally affordable (and just added to your bill).

I've been waiting for over 20 days to get an update on my claim. When I looked up my claim status, it said claim was still open, however I called Asurion customer care service and a representative implied my claim was canceled due to my name being different (nickname was 3 letters and my name has 7 letters). No one sent a correspondence or even attempted to call. So, I would have been waiting around for eternity waiting on my claim to be approved. They are the worst. I purchase multiple Asurion plans through Amazon for products - never again! Also if your product was burnt in a fire or you lost it, Asurion will not reimburse you. You have to have the product. They are a scam, just like any other insurance company.

Tip for consumers:
They are terrible and not American customer service. They don’t speak English.

S23 ultra in store repair was done. I wish more locations had this repair option avaliable and not have to drive so far. The 29$ repair is more than appreciated. No one wants to pay 1/4 of the phone cost just for a screen repair. Guy took an hour, which was nice. Time 10/10, asurion associate 10/10, cost 10/10, location 3/10. Phone case/screen protectors avaliable for Samsung in store at repair location 1/10

My old phone lost the screen display, so I requested a replacement. I was trying to transfer data from the old phone. However, it kept sending me the code to my old phone, which, of course, had no display so that I could not see it.
The on-line chat help could not help me, because they could not receive the code either. Since there was no way to send the code to an alternative phone the chat help suggested I go to a store (which was an hour and a half away) and they solved the problem.
Suggesting: Perhaps the ability to send the code to another of the phones it my account would be useful.

Bianca the tech was very helpful. It took awhile for her to get to me, but that's to be expected. The service was very smooth and easy. I installed the necessary app and watched as Bianca operated my phone remotely, transferring my photos and videos to my SD card. Being UN-tech-savvy, it was a great help to me. Of course, there WAS a sales pitch for Verizon's insurance program covering all my devices, but when I said no they just completed the service. Good experience overall.

My Samsung Note 20 Ultra contracted the black screen of death. I was online when the phones' s screen went black and could not be revived even after using ever tip and trick on available on youtube. I filed a claim with Asurion and was advised the device was on back order, that I could either wait or accept an inferior replacement. The customer representative suggested the phone would be back in stock in 3-5 days. I decided to wait. It's 9 days later and the replacement is still on backorder. Call about TERRIBLE customer service. I called for the 4th time today and they could not give me any guidance on how much longer I would need to wait for the replacement phone I paid my monthly premium to be provided a immediate replacement. Lesion learned, may as well not insure and just buy a replacement (not Samsung) and move on. I cannot imagine how much business I've lost because I cannot respond to my clients. Well done Asurion!

The customer service rep i got, Michelle, actually tried to be as unhelpful as she could. The claim submission process is broken obviously to create a higher hurdle for claim submission. I only rated Asurion 1 star because zero was not an option.

Quickly sent me to Asurion for the repair at the Promenade location in Scottsdale, Bell Road and Scottsdale Road. Very professional young man took my phone and I was out in a few minutes with the repair to be completed in a couple of hours. Repair completed on time - cannot live without a cell phone so this was a critical issue to get resolved. Very satisfied with the whole process.
