Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
2 of my kids phones has cracked screens, so I called because on paper work it says Unlimited $29 replacement on cracked screen. The lady says sorry sir we don't carry that phone replacement screens, so it will be a $100 on each phone to get a replacement phone delivered to you next day. Reading the Reviews there is a lot of people having this problem! Does Asurion even do screen replacement on any device or is that a sales pitch to get more customers.
Troy and nate from ubreakifix came out to fix my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra after I dropped it and really messed up the screen they came to my house and were extremely professional and absolutely amazing. From start to finish the process took less than 20 minutes. The communication was absolutely top notch. When they called me and told me the eta not only were they on time but they were a few minutes early. I would recommend them to anyone to fix anything electronic. They are like wizards when it comes to fixing things. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
This is our first time with At&T for all of our families phones. We had purchased and bundled 6 phones. Unfortunately, a month or so in one of the phones was lost. I set up a replacement online. There were no questions or issues and the replacement phone arrived within 2 days.
I had an issue that isn't something that often happens. It took almost 2 days to get resolved because of the rarity but the with the commitment of the Verizon agents, Christine with the added service Tech Support especially, it got resolved. Everyone learned something and I remain impressed. I was with AT&T for almost 20 years. Wasted time with a company that never worked for me as much money as I gave them over the years. Finally switched to Verizon and thankful I did.
The Asurian person I talked to on the phone said I should get a new phone in the mail in 3 days but it never came I think because I declined to buy additional insurance that she was aggressively trying to sell me. After the 10th time she tried I spelled it out to her that I was not interested in extra insurance. She then didn't send me a new phone and had to call back to the same aggressive sales tactics. The company is a scam.

Charges 17$ a dollars a month for insurance. Promises saying 1-2 day delivery and every time is a week time to get your phone done or receive it. Web of lies and biggest fraudster in insurance sector. To Asurion my middle finger aviation and signing off ATT and Asurion from today on.

I called Asurion about a week ago, simply asking for some direction in filing my claim. The representative was so kind and suggested that we go ahead and do everything right then and there. He walked me through every step and was so patient and kind. I was truly overwhelmed with his courtesy and assistance.
Brandon was very professional and courteous. He called before arriving to ensure that I was home. He presented himself very service driven, yet outgoing. He communicated the process in a relatable and effectively way and kept me updated throughout the duration. He cleaned all my ports, as well as replacing my battery! The entire repair was over in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service! Great technician! THANKS BRANDON!
Just knowing that any device in my home is protected is so convenient. With 8 children in our home, things get broken frequently. The process for replacement is as easy as possible. Our iPad was smashed and within 2 weeks we received our replacement, which I must mention was the newer model from the previous. I will gladly continue to insure my devices with Asurion.

I filed a claim at 7.36 and had a gift card shipped by 7.39, literally 4 minutes.
I have been dealing with square trade for a month with a similar plan, anytime asurion is an option I will choose it. And suggest others do as well.
Had to contact a&t support, hence assuring. I prefer the phone & sometimes it's required but the chat function always seem to be the best option & the wait time is minimal! They will have someone call if necessary! Seem to quickly solve most minor issues
Claim was processed immediately for my replacement phone, received it next day. The hard part was getting it activated. Cynthia had the patience of a Saint! Worked with me for hours, and finally diagnosed the error. I am thankful for her amazing and wonderful customer service.
I have always purchased Asurion when offered,for added protection. I have filed several claims during the past years. Asurion has done exactly what they say they will do. It is not a hassle and so easy to file a claim. My reimbursement is very quick. I will continue to purchase this warranty with my products.
OE error code. Drain pump failure. Called LG and by that afternoon an appointment was made with Totem Appliance for the following week. Tristan from Totem arrived with required parts and efficiently and effectively resolved the issue. Whole experience was stress free and quick. Very appreciative.

I filed a claim with ASURION for a defective product and received excellent assistance from the claims representative. The process was seamless and handled with a sense of urgency.
First off I will give asurion credit for doing what they could in my situation however Verizon's personal customer service not so much. After being a Verizon customer for many years they have gone down hill, however they still have some employees that have customer service skills and enjoy helping the customers.
Talking with a representative, I was told they would call me in a week. Took me two hours on the phone with apple to find my ipad which was sitting on some random apple store with just my name. They didn't even have a return address. The apple representative says "this happens all the time with that company" also looking at other reviews this happens a lot except for most the ipad is damaged or missing. Asurion wasted my time and money and I still have a broken ipad. Now I have to spend more time on the phone trying to get $99 refund and $50 monthly refund for this fraudulent service. It's fraud plain and simple if this "happens all the time"
My claim was filed quickly & I received my replacement phone in a couple of days.
I've paid for phone insurance for years but never used it; usually forget I have it. Either way, I was able to file a claim online. It was extremely simple. The online site gave me a local Asurion store that was able to do the repair. They completed my phone screen repair within 2 hrs. I highly recommend this location and repair services.

Terrible customer service, their representatives lie to you just to get you off the phone, have no intentions of ever really replacing or repairing your device. I would invest in a really durable case and save the amount they want to charge you every month to do nothing. After 5 weeks of getting the run around from every different person I talked to I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ended up just disconnecting the line because this is a company I could not stand having to deal with. If I could give them zero stars I would, 1 is too generous
I have had many techs come to repair products just ending up doing the work myself to correct all of their mistakes. Not this time. I told the tech what I thought was wrong and a week later he said I was right, and it was fixed.

It took hours to complete, if I wasn't on quarantine I would have never finished. A monthly fee, then 275.00 Charge and a threat of 300.00 if old phone is not returned. No one said I was spending all of this time and money for a used phone. Terrible!
