Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Had to get screen replaced on my husband's phone,I made arrangements to drop the phone off online, we dropped it off. The customer service was Excellent! Friendly,helpful,knowledgeable. They replaced his screen and did it quickly. Will be using them for all repairs..
It was a waste of 40.00 for a protection plan when I bought a power wheels off of Amazon. They were wanting me to ship back something I paid money to have put together. Slow to reply and never fixed the issue.

After paying for insurance on a phone for 3 years my son broke his phone. It's an iPhone so the company makes u put it in lost mode but that is impossible when it's broke. My son forgot his apple ID info and I've just gotten the run around for 3 days and said forget it and bought a new phone. I will never pay for insurance on a phone. Complete rip off. 3 yrs worth of money I could've saved and used towards the new phone and still had money left over.

I called one day they were here the next day, but when they found out that I needed a camera I had to get a new phone it took a day and that phone was here so professional. Having insurance on the phone was the best thing I could have ever done on my grandson's phone.
This has got to be the hands down, most reliable insurance you can get for your phone. My iPhone has been stolen several times in the past 3 years (welcome to the SF Bay Area) and they have been able to replace it quickly (albeit with some questions, but that's understandable).
I spoke with 3 employees, Romello, Z and James. They were all very helpful providing me information on the replacement. On 7/22 I stopped in to have the screen protector replaced. They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a time frame to have it replaced of 4 hours. They also explained that the replacement may not be perfect. In about 2 hours my phone was ready for pick up and the screen protector was placed perfectly. I will definitely recommend Asurion in Harrisburg to anyone who needs work done to their phones.

The protection agreement is a no brainer for me. You never no when a problem will occur with your device and to have prompt easy to use insurance is a great relief. I will never not have it again, period!
I bought a extended waranty and I have 3 weeks waiting that someone from asurion fix my refrigerator,
They said they can't fix it and LG have to fix it, and LG said asurion have to fix it but after 3 week no-one want to fix it and I spent money and time for nothing, after spoke with 8 people everyday nobody can't help me and fix my refrigerator

Threw my phone in the washer yesterday on accident and had it shipped within the day (it's a Friday going into a Saturday) the instructions were super helpful and I ended up receiving help from Kim on Asurion website to active the phone and she was awesome and so patient! So not stressful and so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing phone issues.

This is the first time I have called Asurion and finally got some sort of satisfaction. My scooter has not been working since September, 2022 and since I am a senior, with a disability, this has limited by ability to be active and surely affected my quality of life. Today, hopefully that has changed.
I ordered my phone Wednesday starting and they stated it would be delivered Friday. The phone got returned as fedex always marks my apartment information as incorrect. They refused to let me pick it up despite fedex not being able to deliver it on their own basis & delayed my phone for another WEEK.

My GE dishwasher died after 4 years. Not to worry I had an extended warranty. Made the call, got a quick appointment and only had to wait about a week for the part to come in. The service pro was a pro - kind, timely, neat, informative, gracious! What an excellent experience - and no bill!

Ryan made getting my claims filed a pleasant experience all the way down to looking up the odd charger type my laptop takes and filing a claim for it as well as my laptop so I'm even getting the charger replaced free of charge. I highly recommend getting assurion insurance on any electronic device.

The Rep. That I spoke with was so respectful and understanding of my concerns, he listened! And then told me what they were going to do, he got the ball rolling and every thing was rolling and rocking, it only took about 1 and 1/2 weeks to get my equipment back! Hey! Asurion Rocks!
I signed on with Asurion because they were usually good about repairs and replacement when I use the extended warranty during purchases. I opted in to the Home+ program and it was a total waste of money from the beginning. It's something like $30 per month and if you ever need to use it you have to fork over another $50-$100 depending on the device and issue. You may as well go ahead and purchase a new device because the repair team will likely sit on the device and you would have paid enough monthly to just purchase a new one.
I sent an important item for repairs. They claimed nothing was wrong with it, and sent it back to me without its power cord. They won't do anything to help me. They're scammers and speak broken English.

Stay away, find a better alternative. They’re not from the US, I think it’s a scam.

My phone was malfunctioning, it wasn't my fault. A line was coming down the screen & it would freeze up. After speaking with Asurion, I got a ticket number & my phone was replaced in 24 hours. Then I received follow up correspondence to ensure I was satisfied.

My service request was a nightmare. It took one month for the technician to finally come to fix my washer and guess what, the previous technician didn't order the right parts.
After that instead of putting me in a priority line as my washer was no longer working, they imposed to me that the next schedule date was a week and a half later. I cancelled the service request after that and I'm now trying to get reimbursed for the $100 dollars they charge in the first visit as the diagnosis was good for nothing.
