Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I wanted to save money by removing my Device Protection Plan. Knowing that it was due to price, Angelina offered me an alternative plan at a cheaper price. I didn't feel pressured and went with that option. She quickly made the change to my account.
We have Home Protect and our main TV stopped working, it would come on but no picture. I submitted a claim using the easy online claim form. Within minutes I was picking out my new television that was sent to my home within 3 days. Fast and Easy!
Worst insurance company ever. I have an LG Wing Phone which internally malfunctions once every 4 months and has since I bought it in April. Asurion gets paid from Sprint/T-mobile every month and had replaced this phone 3 times in the past due to the phone internally malfunctioning 3 out of 4 of those phones, once when I fell down the stairs. But, unless the phone is physically damaged, they cant help you or won't. If you return the phone within 90 days, they will help you. But, without physical damage, the insurance you pay for is basically worthless. Unless you have a broken screen which can be repaired for a small deductible fee. Thank you, Asurion.

So nice to text with a helpful representative! Lawnmower died within 3 month manufacturer warranty period and we picked up a new replacement mower from dealer today. Asurion helped me give them the new mower info to continue their warranty with replacement mower. Yay! Not hard at all.
The washing machine would not start on most occasions. When it did, it would not complete a wash cycle. I called Asurion and reached their technical consultant. We tried a couple of things and the control board seemed to be the issue. After several days a local repair center was selected Ramirez and Ramirez. A schedule was set and they confirmed the diagnosis, ordered the control board, installed it and everything worked as required.
I buy an electronic item then offers me insurance for 3 years i got it year later the electronics when bad i call them and they give me the run around from warranty and not cover the problem so is like no insurance at all they are scamers

Snail mail! No options to speed up the process. Difficult to use 800 number to file claim. Today we use our phone as a computer and they want you to file your claim online. That's great, but my phone is broken so its difficult to make a claim online. Oh did I say snail mail? I know they consider over night good services, but when we the consumer pays thousands of dollars for the phone, services, and insurance we do not want to wait more then an hour or so to replace what we have lost. Its as if they took my leg and now want me to run a marathon! So I will not be able to give a good review of the service and experience that I have with Asurion or US Cellular

Submitted my case and scheduled the day to get my phone fixed. I didn't realize they come to your house to fix your phone. It was excellent service. They got there before the appointment and fixed my phone in the estimated time. I couldn't be more pleased.
We have evolved into a lifestyle that the loss of a phone is more than that. It's a personal operating system, and that's a troubling moment when you realize it has happened. This program AT&T has evolved steps into that arena and pulls all the triggers needed to erase the problem with a desirable solution. I lost my phone, between flights, at the end of a terrific vacation. The first thing i did was to activate the insurance policy i bought with my phone. Within a day and a half my phone was fully restored, newer, and in kind with my original, and fully activated with all of my previous collection of settings and apps, as if it had never happened. What more could i ask for? Kudos to AT&T for developing the highly competent, in-store management of an impeccable relief system.
Filing a claim isn't easy with them. Once i was finally able to make it through, i wasn't sure about my phone's exact model number. Asurion was supposed to verify it but didn't and sent me out the wrong phone. I called back to get it fixed and waited all weekend for the correct phone to arrive. I checked the status and called back. They said there was a hold because there was a difference in the deductible but admitted they never told me about it. Luckily a manager waived the $20 difference but still, i have been without a phone for 4 extra days than i should have. The employees there don't sound like they care or are just incompetent...
3 calls + 1 month later I received the return label. Now I have to take it to a UPS store or pay UPS to pick it up. I still haven't gotten to the coverage part, can't wait to see what happens with that.

My experience with Asurion was very professional and easy-to-use. Wish I could have gotten to use my phone. But the 2 day wait for repair was a nice break. The technician knew what was needed for my phone. Kept an hour. Ready. I will keep this policy.

I filled out the form online. It was very quick and easy. Then I did a "chat" with a representative that made sure that everything was filled out correctly. She finished all the work on her end and I got a reimbursement right away for the broken product. Amazing customer service! I suggest doing a chat after you file your claim.
Screen was cracked. I was told they would send someone to fix it. HA HA. Then when I made a claim there was no one in my area. Closes place was 2 hours away. So there next thing was mail the phone. Right no phone for how long? What do you do for any calls? A waste of money for insurance.
When our device comes shiny and new in the box, we never really think about the worst case scenario happening. And hopefully it won't happen to you, but if it does, this truly is the best way to redeem the situation and get back in the saddle with the new phone right away. The whole experience has been quick and easy.
Was very pleased and thankful with all aspects of replacing my broken phone. Usually insurance isn't necessary. However, after dropping my phone one too many times, it ended up broken in my mind beyond repair: screen cracked & black (not viewable) in over 3/4 of it next day. All it took was one call and perhaps 15 minutes of time: 2 options replace screen & if no good get replacement or get replacement w/o need for screen swap first. Latter option worked best for me w/ a bit more cost & saved time in return. Total time from broken phone to replacement in use a bit over 3 days, which may only have been 1-2 if I had called right away (wasn't sure if had insurance & had to acquire the number again - so be more organized than me!).
We experienced noise problems with our new washer during spinning cycle and Asurion was assigned by Samsung to fix this problem.
The technician, Rob was his name, arrived at confirmed time asked a couple of questions and went to work. He quickly analyzed the problem found the issue casing the noise and fixed it! Excellent technician and excellent service from Asurion.
Not only did Mario fix my iPhone's display in less than 10 minutes, he called ahead to see if he could come early. He explained everything, was kind, courteous, knowledgable and just plain nice! Excellent technician & excellent service. Highly recommend!
When I call and explain what was going on I paid my deductible send it off 2 day later they told me that it could not be fix. They gave me nintendo switch which is amazing. I had the money to pass it into my account 2 days later and that was fast You guys are amazing we'll keep using forever!
Wonderful. Porter cable is now owned by dewalt. Their warranty process and getting the info to submit a claim was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Reached out to asurion and they got it taken care of right away. Won't buy another tool without asurion
Although when scheduling for the initial service call, they wouldn't narrow down a time frame. Tech did call to let me know when he could be at my house. Courteous, knowledgeable and even fixed a problem that was overlooked by another service company ( several times)

My phone was damaged. The screen was not functional at all. I filed the claim on the evening the damage occurred. The repair person came to my place of work the next day and fixed my device within an hour on site! It was as easy as it could be! I highly recommend Asurion.
I've been waiting for my galaxy Z fold 2 replacement for over a month now and they just keep sending me emails every two days saying it's in back order. This company has the worst customer service and we should start a class action lawsuit for taking our money monthly and not fullfilliy there contractual duties!

We have called about 5 times and they either always hang up our calls or they make us wait forever and never come back on the call, it's the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this insurance plan unless you want bad service.
