Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I broke the glass on my Pixel 6 pro. Filed my claim with asurion through AT&t. Dropped off my phone at you break I fix montage mountain. By the time I went to two stores, stop by the store. Ask the kid if he wanted donuts. He said no thank you and my phone was done.

I tried to resolve the issue via the internet and I experienced a glitch, I called the customer service and the rep was so helpful and so friendly and in no time the phone was on it's way to us. Scheduled a week ago. No show. Call Asurion and they say they don't have a contact for the technician, and only options are to reschedule 1 week later or drive 45 miles to a 3rd party fix-it shop. I think Verizon needs to stop promoting this insurance.
My wife cracked her phone screen on her Samsung 23 ultra and I was sent tonthis asurion store to get it fixed the representative where very helpful and quick to fix the phone and everything works great andi would definitely recommend those with issues to go there
This is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. My phone was lost and US Cellular uses this horrible company for their "insurance". They sent me a "new" phone for $250, Mind you I'm still paying for the stolen phone through US Cellular and the phone didn't work from day one, it was refurbished. Dropped every single call. I called them and they assured me they would send me a BRAND NEW phone. 2 days later, I received ANOTHER refurbished phone. I contacted them only to hear, well we can't guarantee you a "new" phone. We send refurbished ones. I said what kind of business are you running?! She said, if the née phone doesn't work, send it back. I don't have time to keep returning their junk! DO NOT use them for insurance. You're better off without insurance.

I have gotten the Asurion warranty for most of my products because they work great but sometimes they might malfunction due to different causes and when that happens I want to make sure the products are covered.
It is my first time when one of my products malfunctions and I am glad Asurion was able to provide a fix for me.

My dryer broke filed a claim and was denied because "I do not own the dryer". They claimed I put a check mark on the claim form that I am not an owner. Who in their bright mind to say that you do not own the appliances and that you need repair? I live with my husband and there is only two of us. They said they cannot reverse their decision no matter how I offered a proof that we own the dryer. So I cancelled them. They took my monthly auto pay and what is the reason for paying them when they can just deny you that easy. So I advice you use American Home Shield instead. They register your appliances and easy to file for a claim. Asurion do not register your appliances so there is a loop hole there to deny your claim. I have a Kenmore dryer.

They have no intention of helping. Getting a replacement phone was a difficult task but even more difficult to get Asurion to give my phone to UPS. I was promised 2nd day shipping. UPS was finally given my phone a week after this promise and a lot of hot words every other day or so. Confirmed address was not put in correctly (even tho Maria literally just read it back to me), promises not being kept time after time, and ultimately my phone getting "lost" all less me to switch from Verizon & Asurion. I currently have the household electronics insurance and can't even make a claim for a tablet or a game controller. I've given them money for more than a decade and I can't even make 1 claim..

It would help if they spoke and understood English better or have an option to speak with someone that does

After over 2 hours on the phone with these clowns I get to pay the deductible AGAIN! They "repaired" my phone screen in February. It's a Samsung note 10 plus. Rated for water resistance of 5 meters and Up to 30 minutes. I had it in my pocket when I got in a pool, my mistake. No big deal right, it's water resistant... well not when they were done with it, less than 12 inches and less than 15 seconds... it fu$&ed. They have no liability and it's my problem they do half $#*! work. Please don't let them repair your phone. If you crack the screen and they want to "fix" it just say, well it fell in the toilet or what ever and got wet... now you get a brand new phone because they don't repair phones that get wet. So do yourself a favor and get it wet it doesn't cost anymore and you will get a new phone and it will not have someone's inexperience and inept repair work done to it.

This company likes to take 300 dollars from a family with kids in the middle of the month. For a phone that they say wasn't sent to them this week but last week was sending a refund because they found it. So which is it asurion? Sent back or not!?! Its ok see ya in court!

The 4th repair and 2nd by Asurion "fixed" the problem with my oven--at least to the satisfaction of Electrolux. It would be best if the tech were going to miss the service window, for an administrative person to call/text. I waited for the whole afternoon only to find out that the tech was stuck on another job. Asurion should be responsible for this, not the tech who is busy actually doing the work.

The service here was so wonderful. When I first walked in the ambience of the room, really set the pace for the experience. I handed over my phone, turned off find my iPhone with all the confidence in the world that these people would do their job. And they did just that I was extremely pleased with my phone screen and the way that it worked when I went and picked it up. Thank you so much you break I fix you guys are absolutely phenomenal
Could not believe how amazing, fast and easy this service was to do a screen repair. They showed up to my house and repaired my phone in the car. Less then 10mins and my phone was fixed.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician completed the screen swap on my S23 Ultra in less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, I was very impressed. It was well worth the monthly insurance fee. Had I not been paying for the insurance, the repair would cost me $400.
Usually never buy service agreements, but did due to a 4yr coverage for a reasonable price and a history I had with printers. My first time having an Epson printer and so glad I bought the Asurion agreement through Staples. Issue with a "maintenance box" which I never heard of with prior HP printers. Robert of Asurion helped me online through the whole issue and learned I had to replace this 'box'. Was reasonably priced and will purchase and install myself. The chat and connecting to my computer went extremely well and many thanks to Asurion having such a great tech!
Had issues dealing with the website at first but once I chose the CHAT option. The service rep was outstanding had my service request done in minutes. Before I knew I was done and ready to get my item on its way to be fix no charge to me. I have never had an issue putting in a claim with ASURION. I buy insurance on almost anything that's electronic or Kid related items that can be broken and I always come out on top when putting in my claim. They resolve them very quickly. Don't think about it twice about buying ASURION to protect your items. Easy and fast claims resolution.
Bought a softball bat for my daughter in Feb 2022 and purchased the extra warranty as the bat was expensive. The bat has cracked on the inside and something broke. I was able to file a claim hassle free and within minutes and I will be receiving an E-card for the amount I paid for the bat to purchase a new one. Wonderful customer service. My husband was visiting family in one state, while I was vacationing in another. Both of us 12+ hrs from home. They agent I spoke to was able to get his phone to rural area in Maine the next day so he had his flight information to come back home. We had a great overall experience. From start to finish Asurion was on it. When we were told it would be two weeks for parts Asurion representative call the contractor and the part was in in less than a week. We are very happy with the service.
I had insurance on my iPhone, crushed the screen & went to the ATT store. They helped my place my claim, told me when repairman would come to my house to fix. Everything went smooth from there, until the phone was fixed. No stress, no hassle. Thankful!
