Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I went to the website and filled out the required information. Within a couple of days, my son's replacement phone arrived. We returned the damaged phone in the box with UPS sticker that was provided to us. My son and his dad then dropped off the return at UPS, and they were given a receipt. We also had the tracking information provided to us by Ascurion on a piece of paper that came with the phone. Overall, this process was smooth and stress-free. Thank-you very much!
I am glad I chose this protection package with Asurion. Today I needed to make a claim. The interface with the Ausrion representative was easy, clear communication both ways, everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
Yes, I will probably purchase future Asurion protection on future purchases. The cost is acceptable and the investment paid off as they lived up to their coverage claims. I'm pleased with their service.
I will be the first one to admit that in the past few years I was convinced that customer service had all but disappeared. Today I have learned that it is alive and well and is thriving at Asurion. Like everyone else, I live and breath by my cell phone so when it smacked the ground and the screen shattered my heart sank. Then I remembered that I had purchased the "protection plan" from Asurion with my Amazon purchase. Let me tell you, that was the best money I have ever spent! I have 17 of these plans and I will always buy one when I purchase an item that needs protection. The claim process is super easy because of the Customer Service provided by an amazing staff. This will be the only company I buy protection plans from. This is the company that will take care of you when you need it. I'm a fan for life!
Working with Ali was easy, no-pressure, and enjoyable. He was efficient and careful with my repair and made it look, feel, and act brand new. Will only come back here only for him! The best repair experience I've ever had.
They said they would send a check for reimbursement on my replacement phone, but they sent a gift card. Ask for the check because I could not be without a phone so obviously I paid for the phone and now have a gift card when I need the money for rent. They have yet to resolve this

The service technician was professional and knowledgeable. My iPhone had a cracked screen. Service was impeccable and resolved within a couple of hours. Phone looks like new and works like new. Whose better than them!

I had the pleasure to work with Doug, who completely fixed my phone. I thought for sure he would look at it and tell me it was beyond repairable. In about 30 minutes, Doug had my phone 100% fixed. I was so shocked. He was very professional and gave me such a great experience. Thank you!
My issue was handled in a very polite and professional manner. After going round and round with the company that made the product experiencing frustration and empty promises dealing with Ricky was a pleasure. My husband always recommends purchasing insurance. Now I understand why.

I ordered my phone over three days ago because I dropped my previous one in water. My phone got delayed for an additional three days and still have yet to receive my phone. Was $225 to replace and even made sure it would be over night shipping. Freaking ridiculous. Because it's been delayed, it won't be here in time without a phone because I have to send my previous one in. Trying to charge me $1,500!
Insured phone through Verizon. Phone failed and I tried to file claim. You cannot talk to a person, only recordings. The recordings continually claim your info is wrong and hang up on you. Website did the same. No way to speak with anyone "SCAM"
9/10 of the coaches I've encountered on this app have been something truly special in the strange world of tech support, and what a blessing. I prefer this app well over Verizon's native tech support in-app with My Verizon. These guys are something special.
I will be canceling my ATT Asurion device insurance. I just had to file a claim. Haven't had one in nearly 5 years. It was fast and efficient last time. Only took an hour to get my device shipped. Now they want you to wait 24 hours for them to review everything. This is BULL$#*!. They obviously don't value customers time or money. I will be canceling my Att device insurance, the insurance I have on the 120 devices on my coorprate carrier accounts, and the coverages I have with Amazon as well. Will never do business with this company in ANY ASPECT ever again. Get bent.

As a business owner i would like to think that all businesses are doing their best to help their customers, but not Asurion. They sent a replacement device via FedEx which lost device. I called asurion which told me i needed to change the FedEx to return to sender then they would ship out another device for me to have tomorrow. I did as asked then called back w the confirmation from FedEx saying they changed to return to sender. Asurion car who was rude said we dint ever ask people to do that- kept me on hold another 20 mins then said i had to fill out an affidavit ( which wouldn't download) regardless/ I'd rather buy a new device than deal w them ever again

I waited two hours for a phone repair and no one ever came. Just getting on the phone with a customer service rep is next to impossible. Once on the phone I sat on hold for 45 minutes with no resolution. I am so embarrassed for Verizon being associated with this company. STAY AWAY from Asurion.
I had a couple issues when filling out the forms so I contacted the chat bubble and was put on with Michael whom I really enjoyed talking with he was kind and helpful and funny and it was just over all a great experience and I will definitely recommend this company across the board! Thanks again
What's worse than possessing a broken phone and having the folks who are to replace that phone require that you call them? Possessing a broken phone and having the folks who are to replace that phone require that you call them, and then being told by that company's website that your address doesn't exist and you're required to call them again. Apart from the CSRs being pleasant and cordial, there has never been any part of my dealings with Asurion when I thought, "Hey, that actually went pretty well for what it was." But for the people on the phones, I would like to have given Asurion zero stars.
Asurion $#*!ing sucks...nobody knows what they are doing...don't ever get any $#*!ing insurance threw them.about 10 days ago I returned my broken phone and I was supposed to get a refund in24 to 72 hours and haven't received $#*!...$#*! these people. They all need to learn how to do their job...Amazon doesn't know what they are doing either

I got a call from my local repair person very soon after calling the company with my issue. I was able to set up and appointment that worked for me, and them, very easily and they were punctual. They repaired my item quickly and even responded to questions I had after they had left. Great service!
I paid for a replacement on my phone I believe Friday or Thursday, and I ended up getting the replacement on Monday and it didn't take that long for it to come in. The phone did not come in cracked or broken, the packaging was in good condition still.
The woman who aided me in getting all of my information onto my new device was AMAZING. She helped me from start to finish with exact and easy to understand directions. She was not confusing at all and stayed on the line with me the whole time to ensure everything was set up correctly. Loved her!
I cracked the glass on my iPhone. I called Asurion on Monday. Got an appointment for Wednesday and the repair person was right on time. I'm a 75 year old Woman and them coming to my house made a big difference. I would strongly recommend them.
When you are in store you buy a cell phone; you are given pages of information that you are to read... The sales staff do not tell you the T&C of the insurance. Save your money. It is NOT worth it. My claim was denied and I am not disputing the T&C. I am disputing the fact you simply do not read all this stuff. Save your self the hassle and put the money you would have spent in a piggy bank at home just in case your product breaks/lost.
