Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The agent/representative that assisted me with the replacement on my phone was very personable and knowledgeable, he was very detailed, and his explanation of what will take place each step in the process of receiving the new replacement.
The team was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The customer service was courteous and took into account my time was valuable and offered options to fit my busy schedule. I was without my phone for minimal amount of time and well worth the excellent work.
My experience was good at the store, Jose took care of my problem and solve it quickly. My problem was doing the claim. I had to make three claims because I opted for mail in repair, but somehow, the staff at Asurion had problems with my address
Outstanding tech support, especially online is hard to come by these days but Asurion employees excellent tech's such as Norman who I have the pleasure of working with today. He took the time to solve all the issues I was having and I couldn't be happier!

Great experience with Brad today! I was having trouble with the cellular service part of my iphone14 setup. Brad walked me through it, resolved my issue, and then stayed online to help my husband resolve his issue too. So easy! Very pleased with this support. And impressed that I could even reboot my phone and then pick back up with the same support person!
The earphone Jack on my pocket GT broke and because I filled up the claim wrong I was denied. But soon after I chatted with a rep. And he so very easily resolved my claim and now I'm happy man thank you

Very happy with the service, I called (which was a little annoying but OK) they immediately sent me a UPS next day air label. Shipped it out and got it back repaired (new screen) the next day. Exceptional service I would recommend them.
I no longer have access to the email address I originally purchased the item with. When my claim was processed it went to the old email address. I contacted the email provider and after 4.5 hours on the phone and being transferred to 7 people - I hung up. I expected the same issue with Asurion. I initiated a chat session, Wilson hopped on and within 4 minutes, my issue was resolved. This is how customer Service should be.
I needed help activating my phone and I had no service to make a call, but Christian was extremely helpful and attentive through the whole process. I was able to get it taken care of right here, so a big thank you to Christian again for the help!

Told the rep on the phone that I didn't want the monthly plan. She tried talking me out of it every way she could. I asked them to cancel. I didnt have a hob and couldnt afford it. Well guess what... I got my credit card statement and I was billed for their services.

I called Samsung for an ice maker repair. An Assurian repairman spent 3 hours with new parts and fixed the problem (at no charge.) I was so impressed I signed up for the service. Now, I can't get anyone in the phone for days. Going to drop then as soon as I figure how,
It was AWESOME! My Notebook PC quit charging and I hopped over to start a claim. I could not locate my model number or serial number so I opened a chat. Within seconds I was chatting with a a wonderful lady named Abigail. She had all the information I was looking for. She asked what was wrong and I told her. She verified the information that was with my purchase and had me set up for a service repair. Any questions I had about the process we answered promptly and concisely. 100% recommend.
First of all the site is very difficult to navigate, secondly after hours of obtaining additional verification code after code, the claim was completed and then my phone on back order. It's been four (4) days with no follow up from Assurion. They are not keeping their end of the bargain. They are well paid to insure a cheap phone, and it's on back order SMS
From start to finish it was a great experience. So easy to navigate from the ATT web site. It came early the next day. Amazing customer service setting up the device. I have always had a great experience with Asurion and ATT.

Ordered replacement phone, sent ours back a week ago. Received letter I have 5 days to return old phone or will be charged $75. I don't have new device yet, and Assurion claims they don't have my device sent from a week ago. Paying for insurance for no coverage.

Very quick to make a claim to easy to fill out the form on line very please and happy except for the amount of the deductible was pretty high $250.00 other than that I am happy waiting on my replacement.
The day you opt out of complete insurance coverage is the day you have your phone stolen or lost... imagine what a nightmare that is... Avoid the hassle, pony up the fee, and breathe easy while napping...
I was very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end. The remote technician, Vincent, was prompt and very professional. My phone is just like brand new again. I would recommend Asurion to friends and family.
Had a TV that was covered by Asurion protection plan that died. I went online and chatted with Hoover. Within 5 minutes, I had a service appointment that met my schedule. Excellent and timely service. Very courteous. Keep it up!
The company owed me a refund. That was 6 months ago. They indicated that no replacement phone was available additional costs applied to get another phone. I chose to take the replacement cost of about 200.00 that money never arrived.
Be careful purchasing insurance from these people. They make it almost impossible for you to use it. This is a shady scam. The customer service representatives appear nice but they use it to take advantage of you.
