Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The screen cracked and splintered on my Samsung S23 Ultra and only the top third of my screen was visible. I went on line and found it quite easy to find out how to submit a claim and found a location nearby. I filled everything out on line with easy to follow instructions. I printed out my claim number and went directly to the store. The tech on duty was surprised that I was there within 15 minutes of completing the on-line registration. It was only a few hours before closing on a Sunday afternoon so I left my phone overnight and I had it back before noon on Monday. There was nothing complicated about the process.
The guys recognized my concern immediately and eased my minf ny saying its repairable.they knew im in sales told me estimate was 2 hours.butvdid it in 45 min...truly amazing they didn't have to...they went above and beyond.i wish i can mention their names but didn't ask for them...but JUST AMAZING
I needed some clarification on what is covered under my policy and I was able to speak with a person named Tina. Who was amazing. She sent me links that I can go look up things that I needed and told me about other things that That in the future if I need it fixed, you guys would do it. She was just amazing. She sent me links that I can go look it up for myself and she explained everything and most of all she was kind. It's hard to get that kind of service anywhere. Thank you for the amazing service you gave. I'm happy I bought the policy.
I write this review as I wait on hold... again, after my 3rd call to report that the phone they shipped me was not functioning properly and attempting to have it replaced. After every 1 hour call to file the claim, which I was unable to do on their website, I am put on hold and tossed back to the very start of the process. This happens every time I refuse to buy additional coverage for every device in my family plan. Would recommend other coverage.
My phone screen cracked and the tech was very easy to work with. He took my information and I was out of there within 5-10 minutes. My phone was fixed within an hour and everything works great! I hope I don't have to repair it again but if I do, I will be retuning to the same location.
I had no problems what so ever. Made the claim online and was able to schedule for the tech to come to my job the following day. Very convenient. The tech Ruben Garcia texted me 40 mins prior to arrival which was well within the time slot that was scheduled. He explain everything to me and told me how long it would take to fix the phone. He made sure I knew where he was parked at. The phone is green and a the trim they sent with the tech was pink. He called me to make sure it was ok to use the pink trim. I had a great experience with this service.
I have a great experience with the asurion extended guarantee, have some issues with an alecrronic device which I was helped with through the asurion chat. Very kind and professional they help me out and happily was able to address my concern with a satisfied result. Will recommend to anyone to try it.

When I bought the ride-on toy for my grandson, I also purchased the product protection contract, but didn't expect I would have to use it, but when my grandson's toy didn't work, and I finally had a chance to look into the Asurion contract, I called them, and with no hassle, whatsoever, they told me the check was in the mail. In a few days, I received the check. Simply, total satisfaction! Thank you Asurion!

Don't waste your money on Assurion and cant believe Sprint/ TMobile does business with them. I called to check on the status of a repair (after 3 calls) they told me I canceled the repair. I never spoke to anyone let alone cancelled the repair. They CS rep then told me I could pay $275 for a replacement! That was a flat NO because I owe $170 on the phone, best part is she lied to me and says she will tell the warehouse to release my phone for return. It was amazing when Fedex showed up an hour later with my phone. They send vague directions that make no sense and push you to use their portal that has no information and tell you to call them. Huge nightmare to deal with them!

Have this insurance through phoneclaim.com from Bell... Waited for my new phone for over 2 weeks and still waiting... never gave me updates, had to call myself to figure out what was going on twice actually... no one seemed to know what they are talking about. I wasted hours on the phone... said they would give me a $25 dollar gift card to make things better I still haven't received that either

Monday morning with the gracious help of Karen at South Burlington, VT, Staples I sent my laptop to Asurion. Wednesday morning I received an email that my laptop had arrived and would be fixed within 5 business days and returned to me. That same afternoon I received an email that my laptop had been fixed and was on the way back to me. I received it Friday. Amazing service. Thank you.
My Ninja Foodie sounded like a bearing was rattling around. Called BJs, got number for my warranty. Called, filled out the forms, sent photos. Then on 12/15/22 received an email stating that they are refunding me the full price of my item. Never in my life, has anything having to do with warranties, gone so smoothly or so quickly! My advice use Asurion for your small appliance?
They have no idea what they are doing and will be canceling service. Been waiting 4 days for a replacement phone with a canceled claim... why cancelled... great question, they sure didn't cancel the $220 that came out of our account.
I can not tell u enough how this company went above and beyond what my expectations was. I thought I might get screwed around and end up paying alot of money to replace my device. But asurion kept there word. Not only that but they also was able to get me insured on all my devices. Even the ones I have in my home that aren't even apart of my phone bill are covered. U will always have a forever customer from me and all my friends and family. This is a huge must for anyone that would like there electronics covered. Trust me. U need to call them right now. U wont regret it

My cell phone had a small crack in the corner of the screen. The employee checked my phone to ensure there were no cracks anywhere else on the phone both front and back. The employee verified that they had the necessary items to fix my screen. He told me what time my phone would be ready for pickup. The employee was courteous.
I lost my phone and they had no problem replacing it. No questions ask, just got my information and sent me a phone right away. At issues with the phone that I received called them back. And they said another one, no questions. Asked and sent the other one back. Very, very satisfied with the company, 20 added 10.

After allowing them to access my cell phone in order to activate another cell phone. The new one was good but they were telling me that their were still issues. I don't trust the fact that the individual helping me today was probably going through my phone that has nothing to do with activating my other phone. I might be skeptic but I don't trust the 2 individuals that were assisting me today.
My IPhone was severely damaged. Screen was completely cracked and I could not see any of my screen's information... It was just a bright green light. I was required to call Asurion customer service to put in the initial claim and I spoke with Linda. Linda quickly assisted me and got the replacement to me the very next day! It was easy to follow the link they provided once the phone showed up, where I then chatted with Jordan to set up the replacement.Jordan was super friendly and very professional. I purchased the power plus protection plan from Tractor Supply for a new mower. Filed claim on the 2nd of August, and it is now the 25th. Have received one phone call back in this time frame to "re-verify" my info.
