Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I bought a nice office chair back in 2021 and got the Asurion extended 3yr warranty with it. After daily use some of the fabric has started to wear and the padding is becoming flat. I didn't have the original receipt but had a copy and the original transaction detail that was with the warranty. I was able to chat with a representative and get my claim filed very easily by providing the needed information.
While I HATE paying for a warranty, it sure came in handy when my husband broke his phone which was not even a month old!
The process with Asurion could not be any easier! From the beginning with the phone rep to the return of the damaged phone, it was super easy and a smooth process.
I got an electric scooter "fixed" there. I should've been a simple fix, just swap the motor. They did. That wasn't bad it worked. For a day. After the day I had the same problem so I sent it back again. It came back with a motor from a 3rd party company. My scooter is supposed to go forward and 19 mph tops. I went to the road after reconnecting the head unit and brake (I have no idea how to connect a break so it took me an hour with no instruction from the company). I went to ride the scooter and the first time I got on and hit the throttle it did not move. I tried again and it tapped and tapped until finally it went backward knocking me off the scooter. When I got up I picked up the back wheel and it was going backwards. Also the head unit only read 12 mph. This company fail twice to repair my scooter and did a horrible job everytime. They're lucky I wasn't injured upon falling or I'd be suing. This company is horrible I do not recommend

A while back we noticed a thin black line running vertically, dead centre, top to bottom. Very visible on a green or yellow screen. It got worse and a second line appeared dead centre running horizontally. After a month there were 6 lines dividing the screen into 16 equal portions.
I called the Costco Concierge service and they looked after everything. A service rep. Showed up within a day and two days later he was back with a new screen.
Couldn't have been easier! We're so impressed and definitely recommend the Costco extended warranty.
She was ver pleasant and helpful, but we spent over an hour in total on this. Her being the 3rd rep, and here low and behold my area had a data interruption or outtage the whole time. Wasted my Friday lunch break.
My fiancé hadn't been able to send picture messages to android phones and she fixed our issue in less than a minute. We had tried trouble shooting the issue online prior with no success. We should have just reached out to the technical support sooner. Thank you!
Excellent service my washing machine was having issues. I have the extended warranty that I purchased through Home Depot I was contacted immediately from Tri-City. They resolve my issue. I definitely would recommend when buying an appliance to purchase an extended warranty.
I purchased a protection plan for my sons bike from $#*!s Sporting Goods. The plan is horrible. I provided them with all the information they requested and after not hearing from them I called only to be left on hold for over an hour and for them to tell me they couldn't get in touch with me despite the fact that they confirmed my correct phone number, mailing address, and email address. After all that they say they can't file a claim because my plan has now expired!
My experience with Asurion exceeded my expectations. Upon losing my phone to theft I had occasion to utilize my Asurion coverage. From the quick initial claim process to the exceptional activation and backup restoration to my new device, the excellent customer service team provided exceptional support. I highly recommend the services offered and so professionally provided by the Asurion team. My customer service rep was kind and patient. I always love when someone is patient with me because it can be hard for me to explain what my issue is. I can say my overall with Asurion has been nothing but delightful.
Never using this company again. I ordered a replacement phone because mine got water damage and they sent me a sim locked phone so I couldn't set it up. Then when I called the company they had no idea what I was talking about and gave me little to no help. They said they were going to send me a new phone and it still hasn't come two days later. It's almost been a week with no phone because of them, next time I'll just buy a new phone.
My cell phone suddenly stopped booting up with a black screen. I thought it wasn't charging and the ATT store staff suspected it was the battery. They referred me to Asurion Protection Services where Mike suspected the problem was actually the screen. After testing things he found it was the screen. In a short time he had it fixed. He was pleasant and informative. I would definitely go back there and would recommend the shop on Liberia to anyone.
Purchased a portable CD player with an Asurion plan. The lid 'popped off' and could not be reattached. The controls and screen are in the lid.
Contacting Asurion for a claim was a little slow but resolution to replace it was readily forthcoming. Ideally insurance should never be needed but it is good to know it works easily when you do need it. Good Job.

I got their insurance through telus as part of the plan. It's such a scam and you don't realize until it's too late. I wouldnt recommend anyone falls for it like I did. Learn from my mistake!
Then Wal mart Canada offers insurance on their more expensive products and I called, they would replace or fix my razor. I managed to just get Walmart to do it without insurance. They're 100 trash as a company. Trust me
I've unfortunately broken my device 3 times and and all 3 times I've had the same repair tech. Highly recommend, if I had the option to specifically ask for him again, I would! He was quick and efficient, handled everything with care. Was very polite every time. Thank you again for the great service. My device is as good as new for an older model iPhone (XR).
