Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Last year I bought a pair of wireless headphones on Amazon. I chose to purchase the Asurion protection for about $7. The right earpiece no longer charges. I could not find the email which I believe was sent when I first purchased the protection plan so I was worried it would be a hassle-- or not work at all. I can't remember what I needed to do when I first bought the coverage-- but I must have put in the information about the headphones I bought. All I had to do is go to the website they list in the product description-- and within a minute, I received notice that they will send me a gift card to cover the purchase of a new pair-- and they will send a UPS label for me to ship back the malfunctioning pair. 100% worth getting the coverage-- will continue to buy it for tech products.
I wanted to check my new product protection plan at 9am in the morning; but didn't under the sight set up. The representative was human and courteous of my time. He is very knowledgeable to the questions asked and patient. I even was able to answer past questions on claim from 3-4 year past. The chat took under 15 minutes; which was time saving.
Jesus what a cluster. Insured my iPad and devices over a month ago. Just tried to file a claim. They had me download a form I was unable to view much less edit on my iPhone. They couldn't explain how to electronically submit it. I was cut off by three reps after asking to speak to a native English speaker. Not racist; just impossible to understand them. I loved The store uBreakiFix but I fear Asurian will destroy it. What a shame! Never again

Get the 5 year extended warranty on refrigerator if you want to have ice maker working. They will go out. I've have bought two and both ice makers have gone out twice in 5 years. Unless you like to go thru you tube and find the correct video
My best advice is to saty away from this company! Going on 2 weeks still waiting on my phone! Paid them monthly for the service then $199.00 for my replacement and every time I call they have said it has been stuck at there warehouse called Thursady, Friday, and Saturday and they all said they fixed the problem. We will see!
The tech came to my phone for a replacement. He made sure I was able to set it up, didn't leave until he thought I was 100% confident and satisfied. He was very friendly, helpful, and a delight to work with. It was my first time with a home visit. I was impressed and very satisfied with the service.
The guy who came out was very nice and he did such a great job. I think his boss should give him a reward for being such a good worker. He was very fast at his job and he got here on time. Very good customer service. Thanks so much!
This is my first set of LG kitchen Appliances & when I purchased, I chose 5 year warranty. Of course one always hopes our Appliances will never have a breakdown but life isn't perfect & sometimes it happens & so glad I had this warranty! I've had one claim in past on my fridge & that was handled fast & effienctly across the board! This time it was my range & while I thought I had a problem with it, I actually did not & learned a little insight about my range & how it is designed to operate. All is good & I'm amazed at how quickly this issue was handled. Based on my 2 experiences, past & present, I highly recommend this company for warranty protection.

I was a little skeptical when Asurion offered me a warranty for the electronics in my house even though I never had any issues when I've used their warranty on the cellular in my household.
My all-in-one computer had some issues first with the screen itself and then microsoft's blue screen issues. I called asurion to satart a claim on it and after a few questions over the phone and then filling out a claim form online, the claim process started and it took about two weeks to get the computer back already fixed and so far, no issues to report after about two weeks of use.
I would recommend Asurion's warranty service for your home electronics (such as tablets, computers, TV's, etc).
You'll pay a $95 deductible for claim. In my case it was worth it because I would've spent probably 4 times that amount if I didn't have their warranty.
After 12 months paying this Big Scam company Asurion. 2 weeks ago I filled my first claims with them about my 2 tablets cracked screen. 2 weeks later they never approved for my claim or resolved. I ended up canceling my account today. Of course I'm going to make sure they don't continue to charge me as many customers have reported that too. Strongly don't recommend this big scam company call AsurionScam.

They texted me 35 minutes before their arrival. They arrived 30 minutes later, rang the doorbell, took the phone and looked at it, said give him a 1/2 hour. He rang the doorbell 30 minutes later and Voila! My phone was fixed!
I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen and LCD panel were both damaged and needed to be replaced. I spoke with two different customer service representatives and they were fast, friendly and efficient. They found the best way to remedy my situation and made everything as convenient as possible.
I have had to reach out to Asurion several times since using Verizon and I have always received prompt and polite service. The customer service agents take each call serious and endeavor to exceed expectations when delivering top notch service. I have always been satisfied with their service and hope to continue working with them in the future
I know my way around a phone but sometimes the service you're subscribed to have features you may not know about. I was helped with setting up a VPN and the way they helped was personable. He knew I was just techy enough to know what he was talking about so he didn't talk down to me or go over my head. He knew just the level of professionalism to have with me.
I bought a Keyboard for my son for Christmas 2021. It failed 11/1/22. Took the keyboard back to Guitar Center. Made a claim. Talk to the Employees at GC and was able to process the Claim there at the store and connected me to Asurion. Asurion gave me the information I need to send it out to a repair Store. Once received at the repair center it was quickly return with the description of the issue and repairs made. Son opened it up and set it up and went to town. Normally don't buy "insurance" but this one by far is great. Thanks..

Trouble shooting technical issues on phones and other devices is getting more challenging. There is a lot of info on the web to search for and to many options to choose from. On a single chat call with Asurion, they were able to resolve my technical issues and save me a lot of time.
My product was damaged and I needed a replacement. I was nervous about whether or not my claim would go through without any issues. I was a skeptic (due to past experience and observations). Dennis was the representative who assisted me. Dennis was very helpful. My issue was resolved quickly. Give Dennis a raise.
I am at that in between age where I know enough about computers and use them daily, however not great with complex troubleshooting. I have now used this service a couple of times and both times the techs were extremely helpful and kind. I love the ease of use of the service and the communication. I highly recommend to everyone.
Paid in for insurance for 2 years and first claim for a cracked screen. After 2 hours on the phone, my options are Pay $29 and wait 9 Days to get the screen fixed or $199 for a new phone. The website is horrible and was no help to me.

In addition to resolving the issue, Bryan was very very patient with me. He waited on me repeatedly to do what I needed to do on my end to transfer data and activate a phone. It wasn't an easy setup-ran into several issues. Bryan had solutions for each issue and as I said was very calm and patient and took all the time needed to resolve my issue. As with many past experiences, when my product was damaged I fully expected the hassle and complications I was met with when filing claims with other companies. But to my great pleasure,it took me a matter mere minutes, (from start, to finish) and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
My product quit working and I contacted Asurion to make a claim. Within 10 minutes, they issued me a full refund and told me I could dispose of the product! This is the best claim experience I've ever had! I will definitely continue to use Asurion to cover my products!
