Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The associate Mitchell did a stand-up job and made moving my phone number over to my new phone a breeze. Also, there was at no time that he lost his patience and handled the job properly and professionally
I had to get a replacement phone, and when I called the techs to help get the new one set up, I spoke with Justin. He was very helpful, and made the whole process easy and understandable. I would definitely recommend this company!

HPs website was useless. Went to website for 123.HP... and was run around in circles. Contacted Asurion and setup was taken care of fast and efficiently. Have used Asurion in the past for an iPhone and again I'm will please with there service.
My experience with Asurion was beyond my expectations. It was easy to make my claim and fast too. The phone I have is no longer in stock so they replaced with another model. I am excited and looking forward to my new phone
My cell phone has been lost in this store, I brought it to repair it, they kept my phone and when I go to pick it up the phone does not appear anywhere. They do not give me any explanation of what is really happening, only my phone is still lost, I am very sad about the situation, I never thought that this store would do something like this, I feel that they have stolen my phone, a phone that I worked for, to buy it, and still they They mercilessly disappear it.
The police say they can't do anything so I'll have to lose my phone and stay quiet. This is not right i feel like my phone is being stolen
It was easy to get the claim fulfilled but it took a little legwork … when I filed a claim online they referred me back to the manufactures warranty which was no longer applicable so I had to go back a second time to push for assurion to handle the claim —which they did and after that point it became very easy (but this isn't the first time this happened to me — also with a different product) so buyers beware!
I haven't always had to use the extra Asurion warranty, thank goodness, but when I have had too they have been great! Well worth it and the people are very helpful and supportive. They are fair and take care of the situation pronto!

Been having a laptop that had previous, minor issue issues. Those aren't covered since they happened out of warranty, but a guy from Ubreakifix sold me into getting this subscription for future issue with my laptop and other devices. Well, since getting this Home+ subscription, I dropped my laptop and now it's developed actual severe issues that I keep filing claims for. All of them denied because they happened "out of warranty" even though that's not true. They're just taking my money at this point.

I hated that I had to take time to return my kettle, which I loved (only committed tea drinkers will understand). I don't usually buy extra protection but it was so reasonable $2.99 I had to. The Asurion rep was awesome, understanding, and quick with the fix. I had to return my kettle, but it was picked up at my door next day and I received my return cheque in the mail within a week. WOW! Not what I expected. I thought I would be waiting 4-6 weeks, but it was in my mailbox in less than a week. Excellent service!
I had a number of issues develop with my laptop computer over the first couple of years of ownership. I had purchased the insurance at the time of computer purchase and made contact with the insurance company to make a claim. Given the number of issues I had identified to be repaired, some of which I thought might make it unreasonable to make the repairs e.g. charging port, battery not holding a charge etc. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when my laptop was returned and it was cleaned and looked like new with all my issues addressed to my satisfaction even including the missing rubber feet on the bottom of my case being replaced. When the time comes for me to replace my computer I will certainly plan to purchase the insurance plan again. Was it inconvenient to prepare my laptop for return and to go without it for a couple of weeks, sure - but in the end I would say it was worth it.
Signing up for a plan and submitting a claim was easy and efficient. Our claim was approved within a reasonable amount of time (less than 30 minutes), and our replacement arrived in a timely manner (2 days). We are more than content with our experience.
I filed a claim on my phone that had stop working, the rep was very professional and handled my issue with ease and no problems. The phone arrived within 24 hours and I returned the bad phone. Excellent Customer Service.
Wow just wow. I have recordings of them eating while on the phone with me, of them hanging up on me, of them saying sir can I put you on hold for a second while I check on your replacement phone and actually forgetting to press the hold button or Maybe pressed the wrong one and turned around and started talking to the person next to them and I Quote "Yeah Girl I made some Brownies we eating good today fck I can't wait for break time, has it been 3 minutes yet? I need to get back to this dude let me give him 4 cause he getting on my nerves" unquote, unbelievable? I guess thats how you do it when you. Feel like the power or water company. It's just 1, you get mad you get no power. And verizon omg they may claim 5g coverage but that's to cover the 0G in customer service.

So I lost my phone and apply for claim. Today is my 16th day without phone. According to company's policy it take only 24 hours I call them every single day and they told me to fill same thing again and again. Some of the representatives are really bad. Don't know how to deal with costumers. Never ever gonna take this insurance company again and I definitely suggest my friends and family not to take this insurance.I pay for insurance almost 1 year and I am happy to buy new phone rather than wasting my time with them. Really bad experience.

Scheduled the service online, technician was super friendly and very fast. It took maybe 10 minutes at the most and I didn't have to leave home. The new screen is perfect and it was the best experience. Rare to have such effortless personable prompt service.
Grachiel was the most awesome customer service representative I have ever had. She was helpful in every way. Kind and quick with filing my claim. I wish more customer service representative were more like her.

I am beyond pleased with my experience during this whole stressful situation. My old phone got bricked due to a corrupted software update and I had to use my insurance to get a new phone. I have never used my insurance before so I had a bit of anxiety. They made it simple to request a new phone through my plan and 2 days later it was here. Then, with the help of one of their techs, I was able to almost seamlessly set up the phone and begin using it.
