Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I filed a claim on Sunday and the website was confusing and I ended up with two claims. On Monday morning I called customer service and I had a new phone at my door by 1:00. I can't complain about that service

Terrible service. My claim was denied for invlaid reasons and I had to get on the phone with ATT to figure it out myself. It took a very long time and I am now waitinf 48 hours later from initial claim still wondering if my claim will be approved.

I had trouble with the speakers on my laptop. I could not figure out what it was after talking with several people. But, I shipped my laptop to Asurion and they repaired it. It is as good as new. Thank you Asurion.
After paying $17 a month for 3 years that was paid for, I dropped my phone. Their coverage options were absolutely terrible and borderline criminal. They asked me for a $229 deductible for a phone the Verizon says is worth $95 trade-in. The glass cracked on the front and the back. The phone is fully functional. $612 is what I paid them. I bought the phone for $1000. The repair shop said it would cost $99 to fix. What did I pay for? Run away, run away.
Asurion has always been a very easy and convenient company to work with. Their support on the front end of a claim, timely delivery of replacement equipment and support on the back end of a claim to set up a new device, deactivate an old device, etc. is top-notch. Highly recommend utilizing Asurion for your mobile device insurance needs.
I was told I had a charge from Amazon so when the so called security agent called I let him have access to my phone. He was a scam. And got in all my accounts, credit cards etc. I called Verizon and got immediate care with the security of not only my phone but all the phones and computer on our plan. It is very good security and I feel safer using my phone. I will however take all my cc and get them out of my phone and try not to use it for purchasing on the phone.Thank you! Have a good day!
I have never used the "come to me" to fix my screen. I picked it this time because I needed my phone fixed ASAP. My technician sent out a message to let me know he was heading my way. He showed up on time and fixed my phone fairly fast. He was professional and made sure I was happy with my device. Thank you Alex for giving me a great experience with the come to me option.
I ordered a new Certified Pre-Owned iPhone as gift and needed some technical support to activate the SIM card. I was assisted by Rae using the 24/7 Tech Coaching feature on the Verizon website. I was highly pleased with my experience. Rae's support was easy to understand, timely, and thorough.
The insurance itself is not expensive and a replacement was sent out in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated however the deductable was the same price as paying off the phone entirely. That said for the same price I could have upgraded my phone.
They were honest about the time frame it gave me enough time to have some quality time with myself per say! Gentlemen in the lobby was informative and assisted me in subscribing to the home addition plan

Dove into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to snorkel and frolic…my Apple Watch didn't seal properly…no worries - I had insurance. This didn't ruin the rest of my vacation. I simply packed my watch and took care of the issue upon return to my home. Although, the insurance was slightly easy, I was surprised to not just be able to visit the store where I had purchased the watch for a replacement. Also, the warehouse for replacements will not always have the exact color, etc. however, the insurance was a great idea and I'm so relieved to have purchased it.
I am elderly so I am always nervous when I need to go online to deal with a problem. Abigail made me feel so comfortable and her instructions were very clear. I could not have asked for anyone any more helpful and nice.
Was realy simple making a claim and just going up to the location u made the claim over the phone.Also make sure ur back is not broken cuss they will have to replace both sides if not u will get send back..
I have a big account with asurion for years. They used to be very reliable. Now, I had an incident with my phone and submitted the claim. The system gave me that my device will be revised 2nd day. But I recieved an email that device on back order which is not true. It was available at all stores. But I belive they don't have used. And they don't wanna spend money on it. It happened before and they let me bought and send them invoice, but now no way. I tried to call I stayed on hold 1 hour 22 minutes.
The repair I was told could easily be $50-$100+. The two outfits told me I could easily spend that much for a charging port replacement. The technician at the Spring Hill Addition store cleaned the charge port in three minutes and sent me on my way. The young fellow could have soaked me for who knows how much money, no he did the right thing for me.

Like all insurance companies, asurion only cares about money. Asurion sent me a malfunctioning and locked phone. I called them and they were unhelpful and this situation went on for a week. After a week of back and forth they said they cannot send me a replacement phone and I'm stuck with a phone that I'm unable to use!

My phone has all kinds of issues. I went to the AT&T store and the employee told me to call the claims number. The number sent me a link and I followed the instructions. Replacing just the cracked screen was not going to fix everything and I was given another option to replace the phone which is what needed to happen.
My samsung s20-fe screen was smashed and they had a new frame and battery included in repair. When I walked in had no idea my battery was swollen popping back off case so just in time. Quick and professional phone came back nearly new.
This was my third experience making a claim. My claim was originally declined,i had to reach out to both a store and a customer service rep to have it approved. When i brought my device in i was told it would be ready the next day. Every day for 5 days i was told the same thing. On day five i told the expert that this was the fifth day of " it will be ready tomorrow" He finally said that they would repair it that day. My initial claims went very smoothly, so this was very disappointing.

All of a sudden cellular is locked and needs the "puk" code…. I only ever have the puk code when I was 21 and hung over (add the E) but within minutes the puk was added and the texts were flowing!
