Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
We are not tech savy and were relieved that a person would actually come to our home and help us.
The tech arrived on time and listened to our issues.
He was fantastic, very patient and very helpful.

My samsung s20-fe screen was smashed and they had a new frame and battery included in repair. When I walked in had no idea my battery was swollen popping back off case so just in time. Quick and professional phone came back nearly new.

This was the easiest claim experience I have ever had. The tech was timely and very professional. He said he would have my screen fixed in about 25 minutes and it was done within the time frame he gave. This was a great experience and well worth the cost of the plan.
We had a very prompt response to the repair of our child's Xbox. A shipping label was delivered to our email and the Xbox was mailed out that day at a nearby UPS facility. We will continue to use asurion and highly recommend it to anyone.

I had an issue with my phone, and really needed to speak to someone, and I did. When you get someone who seems to not give up on you and doesn't follow a script, its really refreshing, I recommend to try talking to people at Asurion and see what they can do for you, I am glad I spoke to them, they made an issue a relief, and they are willing to compromise! The person who I spoke with really helped me and was caring, I hope that speaks for the whole company.
I am very happy with the Asurion customer Service that handled my phone call and helped me fill out my report to sent my iPad in. They very concerned and answer all the question i had regarding the safety of me sending my iPad in to get fixed.

In the past trying to get my phone fixed was extremely time consuming with long waits on hold. This time the ease of using the online claim form I had my claim number and instructions on how to get the phone fixed within a minute.
Within the hour, the business that was to fix my phone called and gave me additional instructions.

I had been paying for a service for over 2 years without actually being able to use it. I paid over $600 for that service, and it was not recognized until one worker in particular in Hawaii was able to pinpoint the problem. I was very happy to have it fixed and one and a half months later it was fully changed.I will say I am disappointed that I was only refunded the amount paid and there was not something else done considering it was a colossal mess-up on the end of AT&T

My husband broke his phone and I expected the process for the protection plan process to be long and have a long wait to get a device back but it took 15 minutes at the most to submit my claim and the new device will be here in 2 days... wow
With my pro coverage they covered my new guitar when I found out my neck was warped. They helped me with my claim, and got me a refund so I could purchase a new guitar. Very helpful customer service agents that went the extra steps to make sure I was covered.
