My samsung s20-fe screen was smashed and they had a new frame and battery included in repair. When I walked in had no idea my battery was swollen popping back off case so just in time. Quick and professional phone came back nearly new.

This was my first time using my insurance to repair my phone (cracked screen). My issue was fixed the same day and the process overall was pretty easy. I am pleased with the company and service that was given to me in Houston, TX.

I had to unfortunately file a claim on my computer chair, the process was very easy and quick, and the reimbursement was within 12 hours, I didn't have to jump through hoops to get my refund or deal with this company, very easy process

I contacted Verizon. Verizon sent me the link to file a claim for my damaged device. I completed the warranty form in 5 minutes. I highly recommend protecting your device with Asurion Warranty Insurance.

For several weeks I had issues with connectivity and setting up my voicemail for my personal line. When I finally stopped long enough to contact tech support with Asurion, they resolved my issues within a matter of minutes. The tech person (Noraliyz-sorry if I misspelled your name) knew exactly what to do to fix my issues—no second-guessing at all!

This was the easiest claim experience I have ever had. The tech was timely and very professional. He said he would have my screen fixed in about 25 minutes and it was done within the time frame he gave. This was a great experience and well worth the cost of the plan.

We had a very prompt response to the repair of our child's Xbox. A shipping label was delivered to our email and the Xbox was mailed out that day at a nearby UPS facility. We will continue to use asurion and highly recommend it to anyone.

Helped fixed my screen in a timely manner. Was patient and understanding as I wasn't there but my family member was. He talked me there he process over the phone to get into my phone and fix it. Also let me know when everything was done. Very professional!

I had an issue with my phone, and really needed to speak to someone, and I did. When you get someone who seems to not give up on you and doesn't follow a script, its really refreshing, I recommend to try talking to people at Asurion and see what they can do for you, I am glad I spoke to them, they made an issue a relief, and they are willing to compromise! The person who I spoke with really helped me and was caring, I hope that speaks for the whole company.

I am very happy with the Asurion customer Service that handled my phone call and helped me fill out my report to sent my iPad in. They very concerned and answer all the question i had regarding the safety of me sending my iPad in to get fixed.

The rep Jennifer went above and beyond to solve my issue. She stayed by my side as my phone was being transferred over from one to the other. I thank her for her time as I now have my new phone set up and ready to go. Thank you Jennifer!

In the past trying to get my phone fixed was extremely time consuming with long waits on hold. This time the ease of using the online claim form I had my claim number and instructions on how to get the phone fixed within a minute.
Within the hour, the business that was to fix my phone called and gave me additional instructions.
Once I dropped my phone off they were friendly and knowledgeable. Within two hours my phone was ready to go. Great experience for sure.

Replacing my lost/stolen phone was quick and easy with this company. The claim process was easy and the phone arrived quicker than I ever thought it would. It was definitely worth the cost of premiums.
Phone activation could be improved though. But very happy with the process overall.

My Daughter had her phone stolen at the beach. I reported it and the response was great. The report to file was easy and in 2 days she had a new replacement phone. Everyone was helpful and understanding would always recomend asurion because life happens.

The process was quick and easy. The person I talked with to submit my request was friendly and helpful. My laptop & accessories were back in my hands in under a week after I sent them out. They fixed my laptop & fully replaced my charger and pen.

I had been paying for a service for over 2 years without actually being able to use it. I paid over $600 for that service, and it was not recognized until one worker in particular in Hawaii was able to pinpoint the problem. I was very happy to have it fixed and one and a half months later it was fully changed.I will say I am disappointed that I was only refunded the amount paid and there was not something else done considering it was a colossal mess-up on the end of AT&T

My husband broke his phone and I expected the process for the protection plan process to be long and have a long wait to get a device back but it took 15 minutes at the most to submit my claim and the new device will be here in 2 days... wow
