Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Their partnership with Verizon for the 'Total Home Protect" program has me seriously considering leaving Verizon for being in bed with such a fraudulent company. I've started 3 claims... so far ZERO have been solved in my favor. I have yet to receive my laptop back, they sent me the same broken remote I sent in, and they gave me the run around for the third item. And when you try to call and the cancel service to save the $25 a month they charge, they send you from department to department until you hang up.

Going through a worst customer service experience *******@*******@AsurionCares. They scrapped my TV & is offering a very low standard and outdated model TV as replacement. Taking forever to make a decision to refund my money & making me go around in circles.

Impossible to deal with. They send badly refurbished phone that are actually worse than the broken one you are trying to replace. Never pick up the phone. Hold times unbelievable. Even the office of the CEO doesn't pick up.

Tell people that when you loose your phone the insurance and warranty doesn't cover anything. I have 290 days left on my warranty plus insurance and I have to pay $275 is rediculous. I was told even if you have insurance it doesn't cover flip or fold Galaxy Samsung phones. Absolutely rediculous. Thanks AT&T for nothing and Asurion
