Going through a worst customer service experience *******@*******@AsurionCares. They scrapped my TV & is offering a very low standard and outdated model TV as replacement. Taking forever to make a decision to refund my money & making me go around in circles.

Impossible to deal with. They send badly refurbished phone that are actually worse than the broken one you are trying to replace. Never pick up the phone. Hold times unbelievable. Even the office of the CEO doesn't pick up.

Was able to call and schedule earlier as I needed my phone for work. It was actually done right and early (although no call/email telling me).

My expert was Mrs. Denise, instead of trying to tell me to wait for a replacement, she found me a watch of better quality for the same price! She went above and beyond for me! I would highly recommend.

Just wanted to take the time to commend the repairman that did my dishwasher repair. It was so good to see someone take their time and have such pride in their work! Very pleased with him and his work!

The entire process for my claim on my TV was smooth and hassle free. Even when I had to call, the representatives were super friendly and knowledgeable. Claim resolution was quick with no issues. Very easy and quick process.

Tell people that when you loose your phone the insurance and warranty doesn't cover anything. I have 290 days left on my warranty plus insurance and I have to pay $275 is rediculous. I was told even if you have insurance it doesn't cover flip or fold Galaxy Samsung phones. Absolutely rediculous. Thanks AT&T for nothing and Asurion

My earning app would not let me in today. I've used it nearly everyday for years. This for me, is a matter of grave consequences. My tech Suisee troubleshot with me for what had to be an hour. We tried multiple fixes. Finally, she suggested something that solved my problem. I had begun to lose hope. Suisee my tech coach restored my app access and my ability to return to work! Forever grateful.

They did an AMAZING job! The guy that came was very nice, and he got the job done in a timely manor. He would text me to keep me inform on when he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here.

Pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a difficult case the the previous agent did not know how to resolve the previous day, He was able to fix it and pleasant and made a good conversation during resolution time. He is a great agent to have at your company. You need more agents on his caliber.

The whole process of fixing my laptop was quick. I filed a claim, dropped off the laptop at UPS and had my laptop back at my door fixed in less than two days! My laptop came quicker than the Amazon package I had ordered the same day I placed a claim with Asurion. Y'all are quicker than Amazon!

I had been on the phone with HP for 2 1/2 hours yesterday, to no avail.
Carlo had the patience and knowledge to connect my HP printer. It was so much easier than calling HP.

I had an issue with my security connection, and the security advisor walked me through what I need to do to resolve the problem that I was having with it! It took just a few minutes! She was a big help!

The claim process was fairly easy. I sent in my son's Nintendo Switch due to water damage. We got back the switch fairly quickly and fixed. My son was excited to have his switch back and working again. Great service overall!
