Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
From the time I clicked the link to start a claim to the time it was over, it was days. Even them receiving my product back was quick. It was easy to choose the issue and with the reducing deductible, it makes it helpful to pay for without killing the bank account. We've had to use Asurion a couple times and i'm very thankful for the service.
Arlington was so patient and so determined to help me get my issue resolved and it was resolved. I was without a phone for hours and my job requires a phone for emergency reasons. It is very difficult to get any help in the Verizon stores so to have someone like Arlington resolve this for me I am extremely happy. I'm getting ready to turn fifty And as much as I pride myself on knowing quite a bit about this or that when it comes to technology i'm still all thumbs However the staff mainly Annie at asurion What's patient kind and not once did she be little or make fun of which is just a tremendous thing nowadays we've all been we've all been trying to get things taken care of and sometimes the person on the other end they just don't seem to understand? Well Not with this company Hi highly recommend them if you have any problems at all give them a call
My service call technician came the day after my call, found the problem and ordered the part. The part was shipped to my home. Upon his return to install the part, he also helped me clean the floor Under the stove while it was moved. All within an hour and my problems were fixed. The best warranty service call ever. Thank you.
This was my first time making a claim on a phone. I usually just get a prepaid phone. But I have cricket now. I dropped my phone pretty decently and messed up my phone pretty badly. I'm surprised as to how easy it was to make the claim. I was expecting some long drawn out process.

Ive had Asurion insurance for many years, if I didnt have them, Id be out atleast $5,000 over the past 5 years. From losing our phones or breaking our front glass. The Alaska RT Techs are amazing and very quick and knowledgeable with their repairs and the history of wireless communications. Probable the best asset Asurion has here in Alaska!
The worker came to my home witch is a plus right there. I handed the phone off to the work and with in 10 to 20 mins my phone came back all fixed up with a new battery too.

It was easy to get help from this site. I Didn't have to wait long to get someone to help me they understood my question and were able to answer my questions in simple Explanations. I will use this site again I'm sure they were very nice and competent.
First of all I could never find out which product my Asurion policy was actually connected to and neither could Asurion. The agents I spoke with in my latest claim were most adept at two things, communicating in soft, empathic tones and sending me from one dead end phone number to the next until I finally got so frustrated I am going to junk the warrantied product and buy a new one. The thing that gets me the most angry is I have probably bought at least 50 warranties from Asurion on my Amazon purchases. Isn't that the definition of INSANITY. Doing the same wrong thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
My purchase was from Home Depot but the extended warranty, to my surprise, was under Asurion.

Idropped a new z flip and had to activate a new one and transfer all data. I thought i would go to store and have them do it, but decided to try it from home. The tech, Grant was extremely helpful and we were able to accomplish the task in a short period of time.
Ajay was amazing! My phone was stolen and the new esim was not working since thy had already blacklisted the phone. He took all the stress away and worked with me for a very long time to make sure it was resolved
When I accidentally cracked my screen on my phone I cried because I have never cracked a screen before. The thought of the process to get my phone fixed overwhelmed me and I thought it would be long and lengthy. To my surprise, it was so quick and easy to get it done. Once I found out how to file a claim from AT&T, it was a really easy process and had an appointment the next day. There was a location near me so I didn't have to travel too far. Service was quick to fix my phone and my phone looks brand new!
Rob was great to work with. He was great with communicating with me throughout the day on when he thought he would be arriving for my appointment. That was really appreciated! He was also great with fixing the tv. He took the time to evaluate what might be wrong with the tv and order additional parts. Can't say enough good things. Thank you!
Everything was smooth and easy. There was plenty of time from when I filed my claim to get the repair done so I was able to choose a time convenient for me. The repair shop was clean and comfortable. The employees friendly and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10
$17 a month. High end insurance, $229 deductible and they send me a refurbished replacement phone. So basically after 6 months with a phone you've paid for a new phone with the deductible and you get a used phone. Trash company. Never buy the insurance. It's a scam.

I have been fighting trying to transfer my I phone 8 to my I phone 14 Pro. I was ready to ship it back to y'all. I have been trying since Dec. 28 and if Nikkei could not help me. I was going to give up. Please make it easier for old people like me so we don't have to struggle with it.
The repair person was extremely polite and personable. Communicated being early. Resolved the issue quickly and was gone in 30 minutes.
The scheduling of the event was even more convenient. It took about 10 minutes of questions and was resolved AT MY HOME in 36 hours!
When I called to do a warranty claim the rep sent me a link and talked me through each step which made it easy and reduced my questions. Each time I completed a step she asked me to inform her and I did which also made the process easier.
After 22 years with Verizon Asurion has left me with out a Phone...Sent me the wrong phone, and then at two different times promised me it was being shipped and I have to send the wrong phone they sent me back to them leaving me with out a phone.

Having the ability to call you guys and you answer the phone almost right away. Every single time - is wonderful. You fixed my screen the same day you got it and it was done so quickly that I was even skeptical that it was even fixed properly. Two days later, I got my computer back and the screen was fixed perfectly. I had an excellent experience with you guys. Thank you.
I lost my phone while at the park with my family. I filed a claim the next day and was approved for a replacement device within minutes. Best of all I received my replacement device the following day. Thank You Asurion :)
I have to say there aren't many insurance companies as respected as Asurion! Their customers service is wonderful and if you need to file a claim you don't even have to call them you can file it on their website! Their shipping is very fast and on the off chance they can't fix your device they will give you a refund worth the cost of your device at purchase too! None of this trying to give you the money worth the current worth of your now broken device like some shady insurance companies. All in all you won't find many insurance companies as good as this one and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested!
